Séjour d'une nuit. Transfert depuis l'aéroport un peu compliqué mais personnel disponible et compréhensif. La chambre, mélange d'ancien et de moderne, est propre et bien équipée. Bon petit déjeuner.

Service is minimal with Alex at the front desk
Alex at the service desk was rude. Check in was ok- we used the shuttle service to get to the hotel from the airport. We had to schedule our schedule for next day which we did at check in- we received a call from Alex later to let us know that he can not guarantee that we can transport our luggage back to the airport. Just to clarify, we brought the same luggage to the hotel in the shuttle so not it makes no sense that we can’t take our luggage back. We have two kids, my wife and myself so I’m not sure the reasoning behind what he said. Alex was very argumentative because he couldn’t give a reason. We had to leave two hours earlier to avoid any issues. We will not use the services at this location. The room was ok but you get what you paid for. Dirty carpet, bathroom faucet was leaking. We didn’t care since we were staying for the night but I want to mention for others.

Dear Anonymous, We apologize if you felt rude behavior from our staff. There was miscommunication when you said you had extra luggage and the agent suggested taking the earlier shuttle that was not full. This way you and your family would be more comfortable. For a booking that was last minute this was the best solution.

It’s alright for an average hotel. Just needed one night. You get what you pay for I guess. I’m not a smoker and got a non smoking room yesterday, but found a half smoked cigarette next to the coffee maker in the tray. I just tossed it. Room smelled funny like black mold or something. It was somewhat bearable. Basic necessities were available, you know the typical budget hotel soap and shampoo. Towels are not soft, they need to fabric softener. That’s usually all it would take. There are other things I could mention but not worth complaining about it. So I give 3 star. It’s a budget hotel. You get what you pay for. I would use again, but not with my family.

The property is a bit run down, 2 floors with no elevator. Good for one nite with free airport shuttle. Only subway and bar & grill withon walking distance. Has fridge, microwave, coffee maker. A/c heater worked well. Nice flatscreen tv. Pretty quiet. For a one nite close to airport & price, i would stay again.

We missed our first flight and ended up needing to stay here again a 2nd night. We were also staying with an irritable toddler. This place was simple, clean, cozy, and what we needed for a place to crash before early flight(s). Great service from staff, decent parking, and right off of Touhy/72.
