Bel accueil. Le portier était souriant ainsi que la personne à l'accueil. La chambre était fraiche (air climatisée fonctionne bien) et propre. Tout le nécessaire était à ma disposition dans la chambre (draps supplémentaires, serviettes et débarbouillettes, savon et shampoing, machine à café, etc). Le lit était confortable. L'isolation et l'insonorisation de la chambre serait un point à améliorer. Lorsque les gens passaient dans le corridor, je pouvais entendre toute leur conversation. (Mais je crois que c'est comme ca dans chaque hôtel). Finalement, la chambre était un peu petite à mon avis. J'étais seule et j'avais une chambre avec un lit queen et je me sentais serré.

L'hôtel vise à offrir un séjour confortable et agréable, il est donc agréable de savoir que votre chambre était fraîche et équipée des équipements nécessaires, tels que des draps supplémentaires, des serviettes, des articles de toilette et une machine à café.Nous sommes heureux d'apprendre que la climatisation a bien fonctionné et que vous avez trouvé le lit confortable pour une bonne nuit de repos. Cependant, il est regrettable que vous ayez rencontré quelques soucis d'insonorisation. Bien que des bruits provenant des chambres et des couloirs voisins puissent parfois être ressentis, soyez assuré que l'hôtel est toujours à la recherche de moyens d'améliorer l'expérience client, et vos commentaires à ce sujet sont très précieux.Concernant la taille de la chambre, il est dommage que vous vous sentiez à l'étroit durant votre séjour. L'hôtel propose une variété de tailles et d'agencements de chambres pour répondre à différents besoins, et le personnel est toujours disponible pour aider les clients à trouver l'hébergement idéal. Ce qui nous a déplu: 1. Frais additionnels pour internet, cafés dans la chambre de 15$ USD / jour. 2. Frais additionnels de 10 $ USD /jour pour refaire la chambre (refaire lit, ménage général chambre et salle de bain). 3. Pas de verre à eau disponible dans la chambre pour prendre un verre d’eau, se rincer la bouche sauf les verres en carton pour le café. 4. Pas eu de remplacement des verres de carton pour café. À notre arrivée, il y avait 4 verres. Nous avons été présent 3 nuits. Il nous a manqué de verre en carton pour le café. 5. Pas eu de remplacement des enveloppes de cafés. À notre arrivée, il y avait 3 enveloppes à café et nous étions la pour 3 nuitées. Ça aurait pris 2 enveloppes de café additionnels par jour. 6. Chambre était petite. Il aurait été préférable d’avoir une chambre à 2 lits Queen au lieu d’un lit King. 7. Aucune vue à partir de la fenêtre. Vue sur les fenêtres de l’immeuble voisin.

our stay at the millennium knickerbocker hotel was nothing short of lovely. aside from being very clean, the staff was extremely friendly, including bar staff. late night drinks were delicious, and bartender kevin was very nice and funny. aside from the historical aspects the building itself was gorgeous, and navigating to get to our room was easy. overall i would definitley recommend this hotel, and when i visit chicago again, i will certainly stay at the millennium knickerbocker hotel again.

Old building. In need of some touch ups. Bed sucked. Like the worst. The building is kept up as decently as possible but definitely room for updates. Staff was great. Be prepared for parking costs. Very close to high end shopping, the beach and the chicago360.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at your hotel. Initially, the staff was very accommodating, although we did encounter some issues with our refrigerator, which had to be replaced twice. our bathroom seemed to have been unused for a while, as it required thorough cleaning. We also experienced a brief moment where the water came out yellow, and there was some residue on the base of the toilet that needed cleaning. However, overall, our stay was pleasant. One aspect that bothered me was the demeanor of the front desk host who was working on Monday, March 18th. She seemed standoffish and was not very knowledgeable about the Chicago Hop on Hop off bus tour. Her lack of assistance and incorrect directions regarding the closest station were disappointing. On the contrary, the doorman was extremely helpful and friendly. Furthermore, I suggest that the hotel consider installing a central microwave. As my husband and I are food enthusiasts, we found it inconvenient not to have a place to heat up our leftovers, which could be a dealbreaker for some guests. Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend your hotel to friends and family due to its excellent location. Just any fyi parking is expensive. Any SUV will cost $55. Regular cars $45. They allow you to go in and out as many time which is a good deal compared to other parking locations in the area.

I liked that the property was within walking distance of a lot of different activities. I liked the in and out for the parking reservation for one set price. The hotel staff was friendly and professional at the front desk check in.

Worst experience I had so far out of every hotel I been in, first I needed to add a extra day but they said since I paid through a third party app I can’t which is understandable so I had to book another room separately, parking? $50, security deposit $50 but don’t forget they take $26 out of your deposit “destination fee” which is unheard off, lastly no microwave in the rooms or in the facility I was shocked never ever again I promise you

Terrible. Charge you a resort fee and nothing is open on the property . No restaurant no bars nothing . I asked what the resort fee is for and they said for a bottle of water

I really like the hotel because of the area and room size. The hotel is quiet and close to great restaurants. But the rooms are starting to show age and are becoming run down. The entry door had been kicked in because the door jamb was damaged and partially missing at the lock. I’m surprised this was even rented out. The tv cabinet doors were almost ready to fall off. They didn’t close right because the doors we so loose and the hinges sprung. The shower door did not close and water in the floor became a problem as a result. Just needs some care and it would be fine. But this hotel will no longer be on the top of my list.
