L'accueil a été froid, pas très cordial. Le départ a été très long parce qu'il n'y avait qu'un seul employé au pupitre.

Nothing special, it seems to be a ''Banner Hotel'' getting old and then they apply a new name on it till they re-do the complete place... you'll feel like in the 80's, no restaurant, no bar in the hotel, no safe and fridg in rooms...old carpets and decoration, It feels like a old retirement center! At least beds were confortable!

hotel tout proche des services de location de voiture, très pratique. Des restaurants à proximité et une station essence en face pour faire le plein avant de rendre la voiture, tout proche du All state arena aussi. petit dejeuner standard mais varié, en supplément de la chambre mais pour $10 ça vaut franchement le coup. Salle de gym opérationnelle mais sans plus (des appareils hors état). Le personnel a été très à l'écoute et super sympa notamment avec la laverie (guest laundry) mise à disposition.

The check in desk was well staffed for little to no wait. The restaurant is very visible and time open well documented. The check in person listed all the restaurant and activities while getting my room.

Stayed the night before an O’Hare flight to avoid a stressful commute. Fantastic- suite had everything for a relaxing evening. Staff was super helpful re: airport shuttle and wifi. This will be my new airport stopover hotel.

I choose this hotel because it is conveniently located to the rental return, it is very clean and it is very close to the airport for a quick uncomplicated access for an early flight. However breakfast opens at 6: 30 and I can never eat before I leave for my flight. Also I don't care for paying extra for parking.

I came in late and checked out early due to a missed flight. Something was wrong with the front desk computer so the lady took me to my room first instead of making me wait any longer, then she dealt with the computer issue. She didn’t have to. That was nice. The free shuttle back to the airport was appreciated after all the Uber fees I’d occurred from my trip and so was the free continental breakfast. It wasn’t luxury, but it topped my expectations for sure.

Snowing days
I had a great one day stay with all the heavy snow that arrived that day. The shuttle driver Sarg was an excellent and friendly driver. Felt very safe the couple of times i used the shuttle service that night. As for the female night desk clerk, oh my.....never seen anyone so rude in my life! My wife was blown away with her tone that night. Besides all that we enjoyed ourselves at that beautiful hotel.
