As soon as we entered our room we discovered pubic hair in the tub and in the bathroom floor and reported it. Because they were not able to take care of it that evening no one in our room could shower in the morning. When we returned we found they had cleaned up part of the hair but not all. It was clear they did not clean.

I've been staying here once a year for like the past 15 years. It's changed hands a number of times, and right now it's about as good as it's been. Clean, quiet, and a great location close to lots of restaurants. Getting up to the garage requires going up a scary ramp, but that's a small issue for an otherwise fine place to stay.

The light switches were in weird places, the one for the bathroom was behind the towels and I didn’t find it for the first night. One light switch was in the closet. The staff didn’t explain to me that there were charges to services like parking and breakfast, but they did remove the parking charge from my bill. The worst part of the hotel was the shower. The shower was either cold or too hot and there wasn’t a lot of pressure. Other than all of those things, it was good in every other capacity.

Great property! However, due to recent storms, the front entrance was not working. Had to enter hotel through garage, and was very difficult to go up and down the entrance.

EXPECT ZERO HOSPITALITY. There was a lady at the front desk when I checked out. She was helpful and polite but just seemed sad- no smile and a downcast demeanor. That was my BEST exchange with the staff. When I checked in, the man at the front desk rarely made eye contact, and was hard to understand because he mumbled. I had to ask him to repeat himself three or four times which was met with an attitude of annoyance. Meanwhile the answer I needed him to clarify was important information. He told me where my room was located but not where the elevators were located, only directing me after watching me struggle to find them. He seemed annoyed that I was confused. Another staff member seemed annoyed when I was confused about where the coffee in the lobby was.

I always feel a little duped when you book a hotel and get charged for parking (except in places like NY where you rarely come by car. Exactly what happened on this stay. Other than that, the hotel is very good, and the area is amazing.

When a guest lets us know, we do try our best to make sure the guest is escorted out.
