Excellent Hotel

Very cozy hotel, with a fireplace, whirpool to relax, swimming pool to just get in the water and cool off. Great customer service. Best time to go during the week. Not many people around. Will go again and again. I'm fascinated with this place.

Excellent Stay

Is my favorite hotel to be. Cozy fireplace, clean and spacious rooms. Quiet, and great customer service. It has a fitness room and swimming pool with whirlpool. Is a perfect getaway for me. And the price is good.

Very noisy

The in room refrigerator was so loud it had to be unplugged. The rooms and hallway were active and loud all night with doors voices and walking

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are sorry to hear that there was noise in the hallway at night. When guests return at a late hour, and the rest of the hotel is asleep, the noise seems even louder. We do have employees on property overnight and security on busy weekends, and can always address any disruptive noise issues that arrive. We also have extended rooms you can request where there is a long hallway upon entering that keeps you further away from the noise when you are sleeping. If your travels bring you back to St. Charles, we would be more than happy to provide you with one of these rooms. Thanks again for sharing your feedback!

King room but no Jacuzzi like pictured.

Les + : Hotel itself was up to date and modernized, they had a decent selection of snacks and beverages to purchase, quiet at night, staff greeted us upon entering and at check out said thanks.
Les - : We were given a handicap king room and the hotel was not full, they didn't change our rooms when we asked. We also had a difficult time getting the thermostat and AC to start, the front staff still didn't move our rooms. We booked this hotel under the impression we would have a jacuzzi in our room like pictured but the front staff said that was only in their one suite that is booked for the night.

The room with the spa is sold separately at a higher rate. I'll have to look into your booking to see if the picture of the spa room is the only one being featured leading you to that expectation. Nicer than most but breakfast not included

My king room was large, comfortable & quiet. The property was modern and well maintained. There was a small pool that looked clean but I didn't use it. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe in this hotel. You needed a room key to access even the lobby at night. My only suggestion is to add the prices to the breakfast menus in the rooms. Breakfast is not included with the room price but there is a small cafe that serves food. I din't bother to eat at the cafe because although the in-room menus had detailed descriptions of what was served it failed to include the prices of the meal options.

Not get for what i book in ended up paying more !

I was very good services clean & peace full , the only problem was the i booking for a jacuzzi bathtub when we got the room don't not have a bathtub , when back to the from desk ask for a room with bathtub because that's what i was book for they toll me the i wasn't book for the kind a room they say that some time website or app like expidia, hotels , etc lie to costumers about the room pics . Any way i ended up paying $10 extra a night for bathtub room

I am so sorry for the confusion with the spa king room. Expedia rooms can book our regular kings or our double queens. We usually have a $20 upcharge on our spa rooms. I am glad we had one available for you and the front desk was able to upgrade you at half the price. Thanks for your feedback and for staying with us!
