Haut standing, mais il faut être véhiculé, sans voiture tout est loin. Mais chambre et petit déjeuner de qualité.

Convenient, best staff, bar, bar food And breakfast. Love the carpet in hallways. Our room was great but time for carpet change. I’m sure it’s on the list. We will be returning in May!😀

The staff was not friendly upon our arrival, had to wait around 10 minutes to check-in, since there was no attendant at the front desk. The pool is small and ICE COLD, we had mentioned the pool was cold to the staff and no changes were made. I was not made aware at check in that the entire hotel was undergoing carpet/furniture cleaning during my stay. At 8am in the morning the following day of our arrival, housekeeping slid a note under the door with the notification that a third party service would be entering our room to clean the carpet and furniture. I found that extremely unprofessional; I should’ve been notified upon check in. The snack bar/breakfast was not open once during our stay. On our day of check out (check out time being noon), housekeeping attempted to enter at 9am. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our annual carpet cleaning may have caused and that the message was not relayed upon check-in as we did our best to inform guests. Our Bistro is open for breakfast Mon-Fri from 6:30am-9:30am and Sat-Sun from 7am-10am and then in the evenings Sun-Thurs from 5pm-10pm, so I do apologize if the hours were not relayed properly. Your feedback will be shared with our Front Desk and Housekeeping teams as learning opportunities on how to better communicate with guests.

The ease of getting to my sons house. What was bad was as soon as we got to our room the fire alarm went off and didn't get an explanation as to why. I understand why they wouldn't let me back in to get my wife but she walks with a cane and has trouble with stairs and we were on the third floor. She made it out on her own but I would have wanted to be there for her.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of room was not good. Looked like bathtub faucet had mold on it. NOISY next room neighbor..staff was very helpful in asking them to tone it down. The noise came right through the door that connected the two rooms..

Hotel is clean, modern, cute. Have laundry facilities for guests, climatized pool and a beautiful bar space at front desk. You have stores, restaurants, gas station, everything just walking around! Lady at the front desk was very nice. Totally recommended

Terrible, no good, very bad stay
Mold everywhere, dirty bathroom, sketchy clientele, did not feel safe, staff was not interested in helping, and food was horrible.

The property had multiple problems from the poor service received from the staff right from the beginning, the front desk associate was very unfriendly. It seemed like we inconvenienced her for staying at the hotel. This was one of the worst experiences we had for a Marriott hotel. The room had bugs on the carpet and the AC kept turning off.

Ryan at the front desk was great and very knowledgeable! Good room. Wish there was a waste basket in the bathroom but yhars my only critique. Service was amazing!

Hi James,Thank you very much for your feedback. I do not know the details of the experience you are describing. We would never cancel and Expedia reservation and make a guest book through the hotel. If you extended your reservation then yes because you either have to extend through Expedia or make a new reservation directly through us for the additional night/s.Please feel free to reach out to me directly at the hotel if need be!
