Nous sommes rentrées dans l’hôtel et il n’avait personne à l’accueil pour nous servir. Après 5 minutes, quelqu’un est venu nous répondre. Elle était très accueillante et nous a tout expliqué. Rendu à la chambre, j’étais un peu déçue. La TV ne marchait pas, le wifi était déficient et il y avait plusieurs tâches. Le coffre-fort n’avait plus de batterie. La salle de gym est beaucoup plus petit qu’elle semblait être sur les photos. Elle est aussi situé à côté de la piscine, donc il faisait chaud. Bref, pour le prix, je m’attendais à quelque chose de plus intéressant, mais bon, ça fait l’affaire pour seulement dormir.

Hôtel agréable bien situé, bon accueil. Chambre un peu petite mais tout à fait correcte. La connexion wifi est parfois un peu un peu lente.

Super hôtel très bien placé ! Propre et les lits sont très confortables. Nous y avons séjourné en famille et avons pu visiter Chicago entièrement à pieds ou en métro. La piscine est un petit plus pour se détendre en fin de journée

Very outdated. Stayed 8 years ago at location and very disappointed it was not as was. My mother is 90 and the room was very cramped, bathroom small and outdated. No breakfast to get to and limited parking. Live and learn.

Need to update. Has a lot of potential. 2 adults and 3 kids, only 3 towels and 2 wash cloths in room. Restaurant food and service was terrible. Need new coffee machine. I expected more out of a Best Western franchise

Found a bed bug in our bathroom and took it to the front desk manager and they told us they can’t do anything about it. They were rude. We had to leave the hotel with our 4 kids (youngest being 3) at 11 pm and drive around down town Chicago looking for another hotel to stay at. Didn’t find one until 4 am.

The safety and security of all persons on property remains our highest priority. Our hotel has numerous preventative measures in place as it relates to the identification and reporting of any pests, which includes training of our housekeeping and engineering colleagues during routine service, third-party licensed pest control professional company that routinely inspects guestrooms, and as well an annual guestroom inspection by a third-party licensed pest control professional company, to identify any anomalies. I do apologize for any misunderstanding, however our inspection of your guestroom of occupancy confirmed no bed bug activity.As a measure of reassurance, there have been no concerns of note otherwise within the room of occupancy indicated, either prior to or since your stay with us. I am very sorry to know our hotel is no longer your choice of residence in the City. We are constantly reviewing protocol with our Leaders to ensure full communication appropriately in such circumstances and appreciate your feedback regarding your experience.

Shame on this hotel for leaving me on the streets to die during a tornado warning after I had made my reservation that had not specified any dollar amount that I would have to pay extra once I arrived. There was a vague mention of the possibility of additional fees once I had arrived to the hotel from the hospital. I had made it clear to the hotel after they tried to charge me an extra c-note a night that I had just got out of the hospital and did not have any extra money. Mind you I had already set up a prepayment agreement online when I made this reservation. I hope these disgusting individuals realize how awful they are but they probably will not because who knows what kind of side hustles there also doing and I will just leave it at that. I would not wish the traumatic abuse that happened to me dumping me on the streets to die on the streets of Chicago during a tornado warning on my worst enemy. I hope you guys get new management soon cuz you are doing the world of this favor anybody who comes to your hotel I just favor. How would you feel if you are on left on the streets to die after getting out of the hospital? Guess what buddies I am home safe and sound and I survived without letting you rip me off. I hope you live the rest of your lives happy, sound and away from society. I am home safe and sound.

The hotel is misshapen , have to go into the freezing garage to get to the pool area. The elevator is small and only holds 1-3 people and that's without any luggage. Connected restaurant was terrible plus the wifi is pointless. Ruined my sightseeing experience.

Our Pool can be accessed via elevator 1 directly to the pool floor, as well as gaining access from elevators 2 & 3 to the 4th floor and crossing over. I enjoyed overall the staff and personnel, however I was dissatisfied with the level of noise on my floor I could hardly get any sleep with some of the guests arguing and yelling. I would like to request for partial compensation for my accommodations. I traveled far and in the very least should have had peace and comfort in my hotel room.
