Good clean hotel room. Great service. You have to valet park but the valets were nice. The breakfast was good. Kept very clean.

Our experience with this hotel was the worst I've had....ever. Check in was at 3 o'clock and the rooms were still being cleaned at 6:30. We were attending a Celtics game we needed to be there at 7. We ended up having to change our clothes in the bar bathroom since we had just drove 3 hours to be there... mind you I am also 8 months pregnant. When we got there the cleaners were taking up all the spaces in the hotel provided parking so we had to park across the street in an open lot. No one informed us this was a paying lot. There was one sign that said no overnight parking which we didn't do but we were unaware we needed to pay to park thinking it was an overflow lot for the hotel. After lugging our bags back to the car and going to the game, when we got back from the game we had a $110 parking ticket on our dash. Its pushing 11 pm now and we had to move our car into the hotel parking and finally check in. When we got to our room the temp would not go lower than 68 and it was humid in the room. We called the front office and they said it takes an hour to cool down. Mind you it had been 8 hours since our check in was supposed to be. The front desks response was "well we have been busy". Horrible experience.

This hotel is right next to the spectrum center which is a big plus. The rooms are nice, but have some age. The breakfast buffet could have been better. Food was average and the station was very messy. Also, the bathroom in the lobby was disgusting. You expect more from a higher priced hotel.

the associates are warm and polite. They were such a good greeter. Very accommodating and never embarrassed you. Facilities wise, organized , neat and they have everything you would need for. Live the place because historic sites are walkable. Public transpiration accessibility is perfect. Just across the hotel. And even my friends were delighted whe they visited. The room are so big and you can cook your food. It feels like you in your own place. I would love to come back again. I would prefer Hyatt on next travel destination.

Everything was good, except sorry the surprise 50 bucks to park our car. This seems to be a way to make the customer feel there getting a good price on a room and than oh yer there’s a 50 parking fee. As a customer if I’m staying at your house than parking should not be an extra fee. It’s a money grab just include it in the room fee.

We’ve stayed at the Hyatt House many times. Staff is welcoming, love that you have valet, great breakfast, and bar staff. Also, the convenience to shopping, dinning and the spectrum Center.

Customer service was great from the valet staff to the front desk. Scott was especially great and accommodating. I will come back. Hyatt House Center City really impressed me and my guest.

Convenient to the stadium and dining. Staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was pretty good. The only thing we did not like was the elevator and additional charge for parking. You had to put your room card in the elevator and it didn’t always work properly. It was also inconvenient when the elevator was full. The additional $40 for parking was kind of expensive in my opinion, and should be included with the hotel price.
