Bien
Hotel en plein centre. Bien que celui-ci soit piétonnier, l'hôtel organise de transfert depuis le parking extérieur à la ville (payant). Chambre spacieuse et confortable, bien qu'un peu démodée. Petit déjeuner très correct. N'avons pas dîné à l'hôtel car les prix semblaient très élevés.

Great place to stay would highly recommend, great location to all the sites. Parking nearby is difficult but this applies to all hotels in the city due to the way the city is built

古いホテルかと思いますがきっちりメンテされているよう感じました。ひょっとしてエレベーターないかも？　と思ってましたが有りました。ホテルのレセプションは入って左側、すぐわかりました。すぐ前の橋が掛替工事中で、通行止めになってました。

It was a fantastic stay with everything within the reach! Great views of the river and the castle with the city centre a few minutes away. We stayed over Christmas- staff was supportive, helpful and very friendly. Jana at the front desk was very very helpful and nice! We will recommend this hotel strongly and hope to come back again! Flawless and superb!

The property is situated in a wonderful location beside the river with a view of the castle and close to attractions and shopping. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent.

Excellent location! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Our only issue was with the Expedia amenities description where it stated in two places there are “laundry facilities” and “laundry service” is also listed separately. They do not have self-service laundry facilities and they said their laundry service was not available on weekends. We were on a long trip and we were really counting on the laundry facilities and that was a major factor for why we chose this hotel. Parking is quite far away in a public lot—we were capable, but some people might not be able to haul their luggage that far. I recommend calling ahead for parking instructions. The location is the best—everything is walkable from here. We got some great photos of the castle from our room.

Great location at the center of the down. Easy walk to major attractions. The room is clean. Free breakfast. All are excellent! If you drive by yourself, note that you need park outside the town and walk into the property (about 10 minutes walk)

Beautiful room on the fourth floor. It had a separate entrance area with a door on the left to a large bathroom, the door to the right had the bedroom area. This area not only had a comfortable bed but a couch with coffee table as well as another table with two chairs. It is set on the corner so two windows with views of the castle and the river. Just lovely. The breakfast buffet also had a lovely spread.

この施設でこんなに安いの？と思える価格でした。コロナウィルスのせいで中国人観光客がキャンセルしてしまったのでしょうか？？？ 車を有料パーキングに停めないといけないので、自分の場合450€かかってしまいまました。

체크인 시 데스크 여직원의 불친절때문에 기분이 상했습니다. HOTEL.COM 으로 예약했다는데도 자기네는 받은 것이 없고 Expedia 에서 예약이 되어있는데 예약전호를 대라고 해서 호텔닷컴 예약전호를 알려주엇다니 그건 아니라고 저한테 따지는 겁니다. 가만히 보니 들고 있는 서류에 제 이름이 있길래 거기 내 이름 있다하니 자기네는 호텔닷컴에서 받은 것이 없다는 일장연설을 듣고서야 호텔키를 받을 수 있었습니다. 아무리 관광지 때가 묻은 곳이라도 친절을 바란 것은 아닙니다만 아이들도 뒤에서 보고 있는데 참 민망했습니다. 다시는 가고 싶지 않습니다

7박8일 동유럽 여행 중 가장 최악의 체크인이었습니다. 다른 호텔은 여권만 내면 체크인이 가능했지만 여기는 여권과 예약번호를 원했습니다. 예약번호를 보여주니 어이없는 표정으로 이게 예약번호가 아니라고 무안을 주었습니다. 호텔스닷컴에서 예약했다고 하니 이 호텔은 호텔스닷컴에서 예약을 받지 않는다고 했습니다. 아고다, 익스피디아에서만 받는다며 호텔 비용을 미리 지불한 저에게 예약이 안 되어있다고 뒤에 대기하는 사람들 들으라며 민망한 상황을 연출했습니다. 그러더니 모든 숙박객 명단을 보여주며 “니 이름 찾아.” 이러며 직원이 해야할 일을 손님에게 시켰습니다. 4인 가족이 방 2개를 예약했는데 각각 다른층으로 배정해주었습니다. 체크인을 하기 전 렌트카를 호텔 앞에 세워놓았는데 장소가 좁아 주차부터 해결하려 리셉션직원에게 부탁했지만 무조건으로 체크인부터 해야한다며 융통성 제로의 서비스를 받았습니다. 그리고 통행증을 사려고 했더니 통행증 없이 들어왔다면서 엄청나게 화를 냈습니다. 여기서 살 수 있지 않느냐고 말하니 불법이라는 식으로 말해 화가났습니다. 첫 체크스 크롬노프에 대한 인상이 이 리셉션 여자직원(안경 안 쓰고 머리가 짧으며 홍채색이 초록색) 덕분에 너무 안 좋아졌으며 다음에 올 때는 절대 이 호텔에 묵지 않을 것입니다. 이 외의 것들은 너무 좋았습니다. 룸 컨디션, 조식, 호텔의 위치 등등 모든 것이 좋았지만 처음 체크인에서 당한 불친절과 태만, 비난하는 듯한 어조의 말투에 이 호텔에 대한 안 좋은 기억이 선명하게 남았습니다. 감사합니다. 참고로 체크아웃할 때 리셉션 여자직원분은 굉장히 친절했습니다.

Unfortunately we are unable to decipher when you or your clients stayed at our hotel and what happened because you did not provide your name or booking number. If you provide us with your name or reservation number, we will be happy to investigate the matter. However, the hotel always asks for both the booking reference number and the passports and addresses of the guests. If the client does not provide us with a ref number and we mistakenly provide him a room other than the reserved, there will be unnecessary problems. The entrance permit can be sold as directed by the Municipal Authority ONLY TO PERSONS PROVIDED ACCOMPANYING TO THIS ACCOMMODATION REQUIRED WHEN REQUESTING THE PERMIT, the purchase of an allowance between 10:30 am and 3:00 pm prohibits the aforementioned regulation - this information is also on Hotels.com . The fact that other hotels ignore this is another matter.
