This was the best hotel during our 6 day trip through the US. Easy check in , dog friendly with a nice grassy space in the back with bag dispenser. Very spacious room with a bathroom with the sink inside!! . Not seen in many other hotels. Very good breakfast with lots of choices. A very pleasant experience overall. Highly recommend. experinecq a bathroom

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. My only complaints are that the shower head is very low (not ideal for tall people). Also a housekeeper walked into our room at 9am even with the "do not disturb" tag on the door which was a bit annoying.

The room was much nicer than I had expected - very clean, excellent room amenities, spacious, huge TV, etc. Breakfast was full of MANY options - more than most hotels have - and there was even a dark roast coffee. No complaints whatsoever - I'd absolutely go there again.

We had stayed 4 nights. We visited our new granddaughter my son and wife lived in Iowa City which was about 15 mins or so away from this location (Coralville) so very convenient getting back and forth on and off the highway. Lots of places to eat and shopping everywhere. Overall the rooms were very clean appreciated the microwave and mini fridge too. Bed was comfy but the pillows were a bit small. The breakfast buffet which was okay we enjoyed the coffee bar throughout the day and waffles- biscuits not so much. Overall it was a nice property and will stay again!

The check in personal were friendly. My room was clean and cleaned daily while I stayed there. Hot water was available for hot tea with breakfast.

We did not receive the room booked which was a ground floor suite. We received a standard room on the 3rd floor. Someone took a panel out of the elevator over night, leaving wiring exposed. Housekeeping knocked and used entry card within 10 seconds of knocking. I ended up opening the door all of the way as she was opening the door. It was 9:00 a.m.!!! Probably won't stay with this hotel chain again......

This might be one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I checked out 3 days early (losing money) because I just could not stay another day. One of the guests nearby or above (a family of 4) were so loud that I could hear everything they said because they were all screaming. When the kids started jumping up and down, my whole bed and room shook. This went on until 11pm each night. Also, the bed was so bad that I still have back pain.

It's clean, safe and convenient to I80 and 218. I travel from the south and go to Carver Hawkeye Arena. Makes it easy and a good value for me.

I really enjoyed our stay at this property. I have zero complaints. It’s very clean and well maintained. The staff were all super friendly, excellent service. The breakfast was better than any hotel of the same standard I’ve been too I was very impressed with that, great quality and variety. It’s super convenient and close to the shopping and dining. And the shampoo and conditioner in the shower was really nice too. Definitely a step above and affordable hotel. I highly recommend!

Isha (eesha) was fantastic, there were many arrivals all at once and she handled everything with grace, such a lovely woman and made sure any issue was handled quickly and with a great demeanor.
