It could use some renovations but it's well kept and the staff was extremely helpful.

Our coffee pot in our room was molded, no toilet paper, there wasnt enough breakfast to go around from the start, beds were hard and elevators were hot!

We will be using that feedback to better those areas with some deep cleans and better odor blockers.I'm displeased to hear that the items we serve for breakfast were not made available to you. Property itself was in good shape. When I arrived, I was placed on the third floor, and the cigarette smoke was significant. I entered my room, and it reeked to Cologne, which I do not wear. I notified the maid, and she sprayed some scent it didn’t help, very upsetting my clothes stanked to cologne. Sunday morning 9 o’clock they were out of breakfast, no eggs, sausage, and a sticky waffle maker.

Disappointing
There's a sign in the rooms that they don't clean unless you ask - awesome! Especially nice since they don't have a "do not disturb" sign in the room. Well, they came in and cleaned. So I talked to someone about it. They came in again. So I finally got a sign and they stopped coming in. Hot tub never worked, which was a big part of went I booked here. Stay had no idea what was going on with it (like if it was broken or if there was a way to turn it on or...) Breakfast was decent. Bed was atrocious. Staff was hard to find and often hard to identify as they didn't seem to have a dress code. I've stayed at Comfort Inns before which were great! This was not one of them.

We have stayed here a few times. This last stay there was a fight broke out in the hall at 1am and it took almost an hour before it was stopped . Would not recommend the 3rd floor . The hotel and staff itself are fine though . Like i said this waa the only problem in a few stays.

The property was ok for a short stay. The room carpet was unclean and unkept to even walk on. Customer services was friendly, but wasn't around most od the time and everything was far away from the hotel so u spent more money paying for transportation

Ideal spot
Convenient, clean, and a quiet place to stay a short distance from department stores, restaurants, and service stations. Will stay here again when I'm in the area.

Nicely appointed
The hotel was very clean and nicely appointed. The front desk was a little slow but very kind and helpful. The elevator was extremely slow. There were plenty of towels provided and a breakfast was served.
