Hello Vicky, thank you so much for your feedback and 5-star rating! For reference, we did apply significant acoustical mitigation practices for all floors and walls across the entire property. Unfortunately, there isn't much we can do for the public spaces. However, we will continue to look for ways to create as peaceful of an experience as possible on the property as we move forward. Dana, Thank you for the great review and constructive criticism, we are always looking to improve operations at the lodge. In response to your concerns, we run the heated pool at 80 degrees and it is tested daily. Although we would love to run the pool hotter as the temperatures begin to drop, we maintain 80 degrees to ensure the healthiest environment both in the water and the pool area. Furthermore, regarding stayover service, our hotel policy is to clean rooms every three days. However, we are happy to accommodate stayover requests. Please be sure to let us know you prefer daily service when booking your next reservation and we will do our best to deliver.
