hotel propre fait le job proche de l’animation petit dej correcte parking facile juste la chambre qui sentait le renfermé les gens sont sympas bien pour visiter le lac piscine propre rien de particulier à reprocher toujours pareil dans ce genre d’hôtel la deco est kitsch

Hôtel simple mais confortable
Bien accueilli j'ai apprécié la nuit passée dans cet hôtel simple mais confortable : chambre et sdb spacieuses, bien équipées. Parking gratuit et petit-déjeuner inclus. Difficile de noter la situation de l'hôtel car South Lake Tahoe s'étire sur plus de 3 kms.

I booked the room based on the information provoded that the facilitu has outside hot tub. Even a picture of the hot tub was provided on Expedia, at the time of my booking. Upon my arrival I was informed that the hot tub is not functioning in the winter. I was dissapoimted since I had the chance of booking a room at a different hotel which provided a hot tub.

Dirty. Needs renovation. Low quality and selection breakfast. Pancake machine was also broken. No privacy in bedroom. There’s a glass fireplace between living room and bedroom. One can see through the glass fireplace into the bedroom. And the top is open; noise and heat move between two areas. Just stupid.

The room was very old and it needs renovation. There was a leak in the bathroom celing and also leak from the toilet as well. there are no USB charging ports in the room and we need to rely on plugs/adapters. No one came to clean the room even after we dropped a board outside that maid service is required. The location is fantastic, but the place really requires faceclift.

We got married in Pollock Pines the day we arrived at the hotel and we were placed in room 214 and it was called the Romance Suite. With a fire place and jacuzzi that made it extra special.

Everything was good, but there were two drawbacks. 1. The bathtub was dirty, we didn’t dare wash in it. 2. At breakfast it was impossible to find a free table.

Clean and close to the gondola/walkable if you are going to ski or snowboard. Only disappointment was the hottub and pool was not working and it didnt say on the information.

Excellent Hotel
I stay here all the time, it's a great place and well located in South Lake Tahoe. The WiFi was not working. I have had problems with this in the past. It would be good if this could be more reliable. Staff are super friendly and the breakfast is good too.

The selection for breakfast was great! Very thin walls in the rooms. Woken up by intermittent loud whirring noise at night from somewhere in the hotel. A neighbor left their bathroom fan on for an extended time, which could be heard very clearly in our room. Wifi didn't work, despite front desk resetting the router and contacting internet support at around 1 am and 9 am.

Perfect location!! Bad experience with a staff named Kayla! The worst thing you want to hear from any customer representative is “I was not here last night, I don’t know what the other employee did to address your problem, I have nothing to do with it”… of course it would set me off then she focused on how I was talking to him as if I got mad for no reason. She needs extra training.. the night shift lady is the opposite.. shes good!

Great Hotel
We stayed in a standard room with extra floor space. Not only was the room bigger, but also the bathroom. It had a long counter with double sinks. The complimentary breakfast was good with a lot of options but the seating area was small so it’s better to go earlier than later in the morning. The hotels location is great! Walking distance to many stores and restaurants, including Heavenly Village. We would stay here again!

The First day we arrived, everything was good.. The hotel was not ready until 4pm. That is fine. When we finally go into the hotel to take a shower, there was no hot water and we had to go a day without shower. The hotel said it is full house and in that case, we do run out of water. It was also very cold and not taking a shower after all day travelling was not good.
