Excellent séjour , personnel et direction très agréables , logement spacieux et bien équipé. Restauration très correcte . compte tenu du prix très raisonnable pour un hotel "all inclusive", nous recommandons cette établissement. Nombreux sports nautiques proposés.

L’appartement et les piscines , ainsi que la vue sont magnifiques . Le personnel est sympathique globalement La cuisine est très décevante : les repas sont préparés à partir de plats surgelés ou en conserve , avec trop de sel et d'épices pour cacher la mauvaise qualité . L’eau ainsi que le café et le thé ont très mauvais goût ( salé) . La plage ne correspond pas aux photos : beaucoup d’algues, l’eau est verte ! Il fait payer 15 $ par personne pour aller en bateau sur une plage praticable . Le resort est à l'écart et à 1 heure des belles plages et restaurants . Le taxi coûte 40 $ si vous souhaitez visiter et faire du shopping . Essayez plutôt le sud ou la côte ouest !

Un lieu exceptionnel
Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve sur le domaine avec notre bébé de 11 mois Un véhicule est souhaitable pour visiter l'île, mais les adeptes du farniente pur et dur peuvent se contenter de la (petite) plage et des 3 piscines de l'hôtel...Les appartements en hauteur jouissent d'une vue époustouflante qui est un bonheur au réveil ! Mention spéciale pour le manager, d'une courtoisie et d'une élégance rares envers ses "invités" : on sent bien que le confort de ses hôtes est son unique souci, ce qui est, je le répète, remarquable.

Villa was beautiful and it was quiet. It was everything I needed. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. I would recommend this resort, if you like quiet and don't mind being a distance from town.

Disappointing - No Services and Very Inconvenient
The Residences at Nonsuch Bay were a huge disappointment due to three glaring problems: 1) The location is incredibly inconvenient. Plan on a 40 minute drive to any supermarket or restaurant. 2) There is ZERO communication about facilities at the hotel or nearby landmarks - which is the norm for every other villa or hotel rental I've ever experienced. You're on your own from the minute you arrive. I still don't know where their three pools are! 3) Anyone needing reliable cell or wifi service is out of luck. You may get one bar for wifi in the bedrooms (only maybe) and usually zero cell service throughout the unit. With a sister hotel (Escape) such a short distance away, you would hope for some offer of reciprical privileges - even something as minor as a place for breakfast. But that is NOT the case. There are so many choices in Antigua. Unless you want to spend half your day navigating terrible roads with constant tailgating and opposing traffic crossing into your lane (nighttime is even worse), I strongly recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

We stayed at Nonsuch (Residences) for 3 nights thinking that it was a hotel. IT IS NOT. After the pandemic, the 'Residences' operate as rented "villas" on a self catered basis. There were no hotel-linked option for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. The nearest supermarket is 40 min away in English Harbour and there are no dining options nearby other than Rokuni which was great but expensive to eat there every day. Rokuni is not part of the hotel. The beach is full of algae and not the turquoise blue as depicted on website. The check-in lady was rude and said we should have "minimal contact with her" and refused to let us check in early even though the 'hotel' was half empty. There are two pools, one had moss around the edges and the other one was half empty and dirty with branches. Our stay here was like staying in an abandoned resort which is in t he middle of nowhere with zero amenities. On a positive note, Half Moon bay is a 10 min drive from Nonsuch and it is a stunning beach with a little restaurant where we were able to have a great lunch. This is probably the only highlight of staying in this part of the island.

The food was INCREDIBLE. Amazing four course meals every night, and you have a few choices for each course. Water sports are included. And the beach, room, pools, etc are all super private. It never felt crowded. The staff is amazingly friendly and the drinks are delicious. I loved that they had a new special drink every day.

On the less developed area of the island but to the best possible standards at the time of our visit. The dinner was absolutely five star given this was all inclusive. Great views in many of the rooms. Stuff very helpful and attentive.

I liked that the room was as described. The hotel staff did not clean the rooms properly, we had to ask 3 times, and as a result I had to get medical attention when we got back from the trip (bites). Food and drinks are extremely limited. Half the resort was closed and no notice was given to customers. Given that the hotel is 35 mins away from everything, we should have been informed as we were relying on the actives on the other side of the resort. Manager was extremely rude.
