La vue de la chambre était incroyable! Nous étions au 11e étage et nous pouvions voir les surfeurs en bas c’était génial.

Bel hôtel en front de mer
Très bel hôtel éloigné du centre-ville mais à quelques pas de la plage et de la promenade en rive. L’hôtel a récemment été rénové et l’amenagement est très beau et chic. Les chambres sont assez vastes et confortables. Prenez note que la salle de bains n’est isolée de la portion chambre que par un store. Le buffet du déjeuner est excellent, tout comme l’ensemble du menu. Nous y avons très bien mangé.

accueil et sourire permanent du personnel
mis à part l'eau qui s'écoule dans la sdb quand on prend une douche, tout le reste est impeccable par commencer par la sympathie du personnel toujours à l'écoute et de bon conseil. J'y retournerai sans hésitations..

The staff was very unhelpful and unprofessional. For such an upmarket hotel the experience was the worst I ever had. Will not refer anybody. Except for the view it was not a nice experience at all.

Property requires renovation. Room door had no hinge. Hotel was overbooked. Room was not available. Had to take a stand and say … my money should NOT have been taken if room was not going to be available.

Nice hotel and close to the beach and walking distance to the boardwalk mall. The air conditioner was not working well in one our rooms and the toilet ran all night in one of the other rooms.

Disappointing Stay
Disappointing stay. Guy who checked me in was clueless, this Morning from 8am the room next door to me sounded like a construction site, with no common courtesy checking with the surrounding guest if it’s okay for the maintenance team to be making such a disturbing noise. When bringing up with reception the lady was not interested at all. Just said sorry she wasn’t aware.

Stayed one night. We were not informed about load shedding, therefore we experience, admittedly a very period of time in the dark but wish we had known it was going to happen as it was scary trying to find a phone the dark. The breakfast staff were very friendly.
