Endroit idéal pour"récupérer"
Séjour de 6 nuits après la visite du Karnataka.Hôtel "club"ce que nous ne savions pas. Les animations du soir peuvent perturber des personnes qui recherchent le calme (mais pas de problème après 10h30). Belle piscine, chambre très confortable et spacieuse ( nous donnions côté piscine). Excellente restauration et personnel attentif. la plage est à 300M et elle est très propre (depuis Novembre des poubelles ont été installées tous les 100m, il reste malgré tout beaucoup à faire pour changer les habitudes...) Nombreuses sorties proposées.

hôtel club avec animations sans beaucoup de charme
Il y a très peu d'espaces extérieurs sinon une piscine bordée par les bâtiments de l'hôtel. Il n'y a pas de jardins. Les transats sont serrés les uns contre les autres et sont pris d’assaut dés le matin. Les gens laissent une affaire personnelle dessus pour toute la journée puis partent faire autre chose. Il y a une animation musicale tous les soirs au bord de la piscine à laquelle on ne peut échapper même si on reste dans la chambre !

personnel tres attentif au bien etre du client;proximité de plage de reve avec possibilité de promenade de plusieurs heures en costume de bain ( moins de 5 min à pied ) ; piscine hotel bien entretenue ; formule all inclusive totalement respectée;air co bruyant et pourtant nécessaire : il s'agit de caisson exterieur posé sur le chassis de fenetre avec d'inévitables vibrations en plus du bruit moteur ; partout meme systeme AC sauf bloc 5 avec chambres plus spacieuses mais sans vue piscine ce qui est moins agréable pour les repas distribution de voucher gratuit ( 4 en 2 semaines ) pour diner au restaurant à la carte" Mango terrasse " dans enceinte de hotel . Ceci peut changer du buffet servi au restaurant principal et qui reste cependant varié mais avec dominante de cuisine Indienne clientele Indienne , Russe et Anglaise mais respectueuse des habitudes d'un chacun

Agréable mais peu mieux faire
Si l'ensemble est plutôt agréable, plusieurs petits détails sont un peu génant pour un hôtel qui se réclame 4 étoiles. Les lits ne sont pas vraiment confortables, la climatisation est sous dimensionnée, à notre arrivée l'hôtel a du faire changer le loquet de la porte et nous n'avons jamais eu de minibar car celui ci était visiblement en panne ... L'état général est satisfaisant, bien que si l'on s'attarde sur les détails il y aurait à redire. Nous avons passé un bon séjour, même si la qualité était plus proche d'un 3 étoiles que de 4.

Parfait dans sa catégorie
Chambre confortable, tout fonctionne, le personnel est très attentionné. Quelques imprécisions, il suffit de demander et l'erreur ou l'oubli est réglé avec empressement. Nous sommes venus un peu avant la saison. La clientèle presque exclusivement indienne (et familiale) ajoutait au charme du séjour. Le buffet comportait toujours un plat européen, et plusieurs plats locaux non pimentés (et bien sur des plats pimentés !). Confort, service, nourriture et ambiance nous ont convenu parfaitement. La plage de sable voisine (Arossim) est tout à fait bonne (et calme à cette saison, avec 2 ou 3 bateaux de pêcheurs). Prenez une fois le train de 13h20 à Cansaulim pour le sud : 3 Rs pour Margaon (Marché couvert) ou 10 Rs pour Canacona (Palolem, Patnem). La vraie vie indienne !

Personnel aux petits soins, et très à l'écoute avec les clients
Très bonne accueil dans cet hotel. Petits spectacles sympa le soir. Le tout inclus est de très bonne qualité tant au niveau des repas que des boissons.. Prestation hoteliere vaut son 4 étoiles mais pas plus. Endroit sympa pour se reposer, pas pour les vistes. Point négatif : Hotel très loin de tout, il faut louer une moto ou une voiture pour se déplacer. Le centre de Goa est à 30 Kms !!!

Great stay - and reasonably priced.
Nice hospitality by the staff - and we appreciated an upgrade to a bigger room + the late-check-out. Breakfast was good and with a wide range of options Don't expect a 5-star hotel experience, but instead a good stay for the price (compared to other 5* properties in the area)

This property and staff way exceed my expectations. I recommend this facility unreservedly to anyone. I took my mom for her 84th birthday. It is safe, the staff are personable courteous and respectful. This is a very family friendly place and the guests too (during the time i was there Mar 23 to Apr 2) were well behaved folks. I wouldn’t consider myself a world traveller, but have travelled some, and stayed in many upscale hotels for work. Not sure if this facility ranks among the luxury hotels, but I would have to say for price the standards and quality are impeccable. The facility is full of amazing landscaping, blooming flowers. A 5 minute walk to the beach which is super clean and quiet.

I hate to write a bad review publicly and tried to take my issues up with management multiple times, but I was ignored both in person and over multiple email threads, so here we are. Staying here was a disaster from the moment we checked in. It took the front desk over an hour to find our reservation and upon checking in to our room, we found the beds and floor covered with dirt and dust. My friend killed 3 bugs in the first hour we were there. The hot water in our room didn't work so we were stuck taking cold showers, at a place that charged us over $200 a night. We ate at the hotel restaurant which had flies around the buffet food and looked very unhygienic. Then we were served lattes with expired milk (it looked like chunky yogurt). Not sure what sort of hotel can claim to be 5 stars with this many issues. The hotel is truly in the middle of nowhere so you can't walk to stores, an ATM, etc and they have an arrangement with the local cab drivers where the cabs have to pay the hotel a hefty kickback of what they earn (um....how is this legal?) so it will cost you a minimum of 3500 rupees to leave the property. The cab drivers explained this to us and I felt bad - someone needs to call out management on this terrible arrangement. I tried to take this up with the manager, Ganesh, who assured me we could have a refund if we left. However, he has ignored my emails and not given us a refund for the 3 nights we didn't stay there. Please, please, don't waste your time here.

Property was very Green and Clean. Entire ambience , experience and holiday was fantastic. All the staff were serving with a smiling face and were always willing to help. Beach is a small walk away and they have tuk tuk service as well. Mama miso serves authentic Pan Asian food and everything was just delicious My holiday was just perfect and I will be back soon.

It is very well laid out and family friendly. The staff around the property are incredibly attentive to the needs and requests of guests. The place is quiet but easily accessible. The pool is great with the cordoned off shallow pool especially attractive for little kids and the sanity of their parents. The staff at the check in, while helpful, could be slightly more efficient. All in all, we would visit the resort again. It was a lovely stay.

This was me and my wife's first trip to Goa and we couldn't have asked for anything better. We stayed 6 nights and the entire experience from check-in to check-out was excellent. We had the garden facing Club room which was a great decision. The balcony opens out to a lovely quiet lawn with deck chairs and coffee tables. Highly recommend it. The food was outstanding and there are plenty of options. The restaurant staff is polite, courteous and very accommodating. The pools, one for adults and a smaller kiddie pool are very clean and well stocked with floats for non-swimmers and kids. They also have a nice activity room that we thoroughly enjoyed - especially carrom and table tennis. The beach is just a couple of minutes walk from the resort. Lovely relaxing massages are a must at the Ayura Health Centre which you have to pay for, but is very cheap compared to home. I apologize i do not have the names but would like to thank the very friendly and professional therapists there. Another positive - only 20 minutes from the airport :) Special thanks to Anne for her impeccable hospitality.

it was a great week!
we had a wonderful week at the Heritage Village in the first half of August. It was great that the pool was open, especially since the sea was pretty much off limits to us. Staff at the hotel are totally amazing

Comfortable stay, will come back again..
Very peaceful stay. The staff is very courteous and helpful. A special shout-out to Ganesh and Salome who were very very helpful and made us feel welcome. The beach is just 200 m from the property, The tranquil beach is clean with no crowd.

Best break after covid. We had an excellent holiday, value for money. Starting from airport transfer, check in and all amenities in the resort is well taken care of. Be practical and honest. We were always within the property and never had any issue with food which is cooked fresh and safe. Managers try their best to acommodate all our requests. I heard they are going to celebrate silver jubilee soon, still its looking fresh and colorful Small issues, but they manage and resolve soon. Special thanks to prabhu who was running the show.

It was a pleasure to come back to Heritage Village Club. The standard has been maintained and improved. The staff are always smiling and helpful. The rooms are comfortable. a very nice hotel close to Arossim Beach
this is not a five-star hotel, but it is very good and reasonably priced...located near a very good beach. Food was fairly mediocre. Omlets at breakfast were good. We were happy we hadn't bought a full food plan since we enjoyed different restaurants in the evenings. We were also happy we did not get a pool view room. They have evening music programs that would have been annoying for us.

All inclusive isn’t all inclusive.
This is my second trip back to this hotel because it was so lovely, last year with a friend and this year with my family. Both times I selected the all inclusive package. Unfortunately, the hotel has redefined the meaning of “all inclusive.” The hotels.com app gives several meal options, the highest option being the all inclusive. Last year, all inclusive meant: free airport transportation, free WiFi, free drinks (alcohol and regular beverages), all meals, and snacks - the true meaning of “all inclusive.” This year all inclusive has been stripped and reduced to: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also in the app, it states that you will be receiving the all inclusive, but after the payment was made, the confirmation number came with the words “full board” rather than “all inclusive.” I am not a fan of the bait and switch/false advertising. If the hotel wants to save money by not offering free alcohol, fine, but how much is it really costing them to let people have a freaking Pepsi with their meal on an “all inclusive” package? The free WiFi was so slow I could hardly send a txt message and ended up having to pay for WiFi anyway. This experience was very off putting. Don’t call something all inclusive when it clearly is not, you stingy cheap buggers. When I click on and pay for all inclusive, it should be all inclusive. After saying that, the property is beautiful, activities throughout the day, live music in the evenings, courteous staff, great food, and a beautiful beach.

Great experience! Good food, nice customer service and peaceful atmosphere! Front desk staff was very helpful. They provided good service, information and helped me plan activities and provided discounts and accommodated extended check out! I will prefer this more than staying at Taj in north goa!
