Très bien dans son ensemble
L'hôtel est situé dans une zone où la mer est très calme, pratiquement pas de vagues. Donc, bon pour les familles avec des enfants. Les chambres sont belles. Tout est en très bon état, l'air conditionné à très bien fonctionné. Le staff est accueillant, me le service à la réception très lent pour se enregistrer. Le spectacle pour la soirée de halloween a été spectaculaire. C'est le meilleur spectacle de cirque acrobatique et dance que j'ai vu dans un hôtel.

My room was ok, they had a few minor issues that I let thw resort know in the after stay survey. But it was nothing major. I would stay there again for that price. It was close to alot of activities and the staff was more then helpful.

Un buen hotel que cumple con la experiencia que compras. No es el gran lujo, pero estarás muy cómodo con lo que ofrece. El tema de la saturación de los restaurantes a través de sus reservaciones es algo que deben de poner atención, la comida no es admirable, simplemente cumple y las filas en las barras deberían tener mayor organización.

Very limited on dining. Need to make a reservation every morning by 8am in order to get some type of reservation. Being on vacation you should not have to wake up so early for this. Foods is not even worth waking up to make a reservation. Staying at an all inclusive resort you should not have to make a reservation for something that is included. To then get charged per person if you don’t make your reservation. Need more bars and entertainment.

Terrible hotel. Los cuartos no están mal pero muchas veces los limpian hasta las 5 pm. No tienen suficientes camareras. La alberca es una pesadilla, es una alberca elevada y es difícil de entrar y el agua helada . Aparte no hay camastros alrededor de la alberca y para conseguir un camastro en la playa hay que levantarse a las 6 am. Si uno quiere comer en los restaurantes de especialidad hay que pagar $ 500 por persona cada vez y no respetan los pagos de Expedia. Para comer hay que hacer una cola de hasta una hora en el restaurante Palmas de buffett y no hay suficientes camareros por lo que no son amables y no le hacen caso a uno. Para pedir una bebida las colas son de hasta 10 minutos , pues no tienen suficientes cantineros. La comida es lo mismo todos los días. No hay opciones a menos de que se pague por los otros restaurantes. Es una pesadilla de hotel. A las 2 de la tarde cerraron la alberca para hacer una función de malabaristas. Deberian de advertir que no están incluídos los restarurantes a la carta. Incluso u restaurante al aire libre junto a la alberca no está incluido y hay que pagar para ser categoria SENS. El peor hotel que he estado en Cancun-

Buenas instalaciones, buen servicio en el restaurant. El servicio de bebidas en la playa no fue bueno. El mesero omiti dar propina por no traer efectivo en ese momento. Los siguientes dias no me atendidio. Un poco racista. Good facilities, the restaurant service was all time good. The drinks service in the beach was not good. Due I did not have cash first day. Next day my family and I, we were not served by the guy who was tanking drinks to my place, I had to walk until the service bar. The rest was good.

**Be advised the pictures on this website and the direct website for the resort are NOT accurate!!** I will start by saying the staff at this resort is amazing. They’re so friendly and have to be the hardest working people I have seen. We booked a stay for 8 days with our 3 kids. Pros: -Resort was clean. Staff cleaned in and around the resort all day long. -We stayed in the family suite, which is 2 adjoining rooms. The “kid” room was themed in a cute jungle theme. The rooms were VERY good size, especially the “adult” room and cleaned daily. -The activity staff was upbeat. -Trees around the resort give wonderful shade during hot times. Cons: -This is our biggest upset- the pictures on the website are NOT accurate! We specifically booked this resort for the water slides, the water trampoline, and the play equipment for the kids. When we arrived we were told the kids can only use the bigger water slides through the kids club and they’re only open 45min a day. We arrived at the kids club the next day at their allotted water slide time to be told the water slides are broken. The water trampoline and any water play equipment that is pictured hasn’t been there in over 4yrs! Yet they even have pictures in their lobby of it. -The little kid pool area has many areas on the bottom that are really sharp from broken cement and the tiny slides are broken. -The play equipment on the beach is old and completely broken. -Everything, including the pool closes at 8pm.

Not enough staff .... we had our reservation made at grand oasis palm & when we arrived they sent us over to Sens part of the hotel which was not as nice looking. Buffet service was awful we will never return to this hotel. Also the taxi from there were twice the price of expensive. I recommend to get uber instead.

They give us a room at the new facility sences old hotel not for families and we wanted the grand oasis because we had kids with us.

The WORST hotel. Stay away! It is very limited “all inclusive”. The food is awful! The rooms are dirty and any things are broken. The staff always say NO for any and everything you ask of them. Literally stay anywhere other than this or the SANS hotel.

This is a Horrible hotel. Its Dirty, old, smelly. Horrible food both in buffet and nightly dining. Drinks water downed. Bathrooms are dirty. This hotel is a scam and waste of money. You can find so much better places to stay in and enjoy than here. The only good thing here is there main pool.

We had a lovely stay, best value for money. There was always something to do. Food was amazing, the beach was great, was safe for our children of 8, 10, 12 years old to wander around, the staff very nice and pleasant. Lots of shows, cultural immersion. All in all a very enjoyable experience!

HORRIBLE..ALL INCLUSIVE IS A SCAM. YOU WAIT IN LINE AS TO GET FOID AND DRINK. ONLY ONE BARTENDER IN HUGE BAR WITH ALWAYS 20 TO 30 PEOPLE WAITING IN LINE. PROPERTY WAS DATED AND POORLY MAINTAINED AND DATED. ONLY 3 ELEVATORS AND ONLY ONE WAS WORKING. RENTED 2 ROOMS ..BOTH HAD TOILET FLUSHING ISSUES . MAINTANCE SAID THEY " FIXED" THE TOILET ISSUE BY SHUTTING OFF WATER TO TOILET. LEFT PROPERTY MID VACATION THE CONDITIONS WERE SO BAD.

SCAM....THE PLACE IS ALL INCLUSIVE BUT PURPOSELY UNDERSTAFF! Only Three Elevators, not enough for size of property! Only One Elevator was working! Plumbing issues Toilet plugged in one of two rooms ...staffed came up and then just shut the water off to it. After 24 hours toilet remained unfixed. Adjoining Room toilet also then failed! The Resturants provided have limitef hours amd long lines to get in Resturants that are open Long lines 50yards to get a drink on the beach. Rooms are dated and coffee makers in rooms dont work.
