Don't go there
I don't know where to start: - 40 minutes to do the check in, and there was no queue! - 25 minutes for the check out - the rooms are so dirty!!! It's a disgrace. I took some photos so bad it was. - we booked a king bed, we had two small beds. They said at check in they would put them together, it didn't happen. I had to go the the reception the second day and ask for it, again! - every day the room keys are deactivated and you have to go to the reception to reactivate them (the hotel is big, the reception was 3 minutes from our room!). - breakfast is huge but not really good. - the concierge is really unfriendly and doesn't understand much of English. - we paid $160 for the new year Eve gala dinner. That was the worse gala dinner of our life: the buffet was huge but nothing was really good. Not one drink was included, not one!! We never saw the belly dancers that were scheduled, there hasn't been a count down at midnight. Half of the guests had already left by 22:00 as there was no ambiance! What a shame, and a waste of money!! I stop there but there is so much more...

There is certainly no excuse for the disappointing standards which you encountered, and I would like to assure you that each point you mentioned has already been discussed with the personnel concerned, to ensure a similar situation does not recur in the future. I have carried out an investigation regarding specific requests not being adhered to, which is clearly completely unacceptable, however I would appreciate if you can advise the name of the personnel involved or the date of the incident to enable us to conclude the investigation and get back to you with our findings. It is my hope that these events will not permanently mar your opinion of our hotel and that you will return to us again, when I am sure you will remember your stay for all the right reasons. Le personnel est très gentil et très attentif à nos demandes. Un vrai plus. L'hôtel est un peu vieillot mais nous avons adoré notre séjour. Bonne nourriture et très belle vue des pyramides de la piscine.

Bon hôtel en face des pyramides
Hôtel très bien placé à 15 mns a pieds des pyramides. Grande piscine avec vue sur les pyramides. La chambre est confortable mais les lits sont un peu petits. Tout est propre, la restauration est bonne.

(+) Super vue sur pyramides via la piscine Buffet et petit déjeuné plutôt généreux et variés Sécurité de l’hôtel (-) Propreté de la chambres nettoyage trop rapide des femmes de chambres certaines taches et saletés sont restés depuis notre arrivée (7jours) -moitié du personnel pas souriant et serviable - nous avions mal dormir deux nuits suite à une musique trop fortes ( réception mariage) chambre en face.

Following investigation, we found that you have made two bookings and the second booking was for a city view room and this was the reason behind the room change. I would also like to inform you that Rawas is a Limousine company, certified by the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism and has its official price list approved by the Ministry and as such, we have no option but to comply. Décevant, très mauvais rapport qualité/prix.
Hall gigantesque, extrêmement bruyant, le soir il y'a de la musique fort au point que la communication avec le staff était difficile. Et là, dans ce climat les mauvaise nouvelles s'enchainent. Ma chambre (deluxe pyramide view) est en fait au 2eme étage et surtout une "pool view" on voit une partie seulement de la grande pyramide, et encore entre le brouillard de la pollution, et certains bâtiment qui cache la vue... Je m'attendais a être au 6eme, retour à la reception on me propose une chambre 2 lits 1 place, alors que j'avais réservé pour un grand lit, finalement on me dit que la chambre de mes rêve est disponible, mais que je dois attendre minuit pour en prendre possession (soit encore 30 minutes d'attente) on m'installe au bar (ou le verre de chivas coute 20euros) puis finalement j'accède a une chambre au 3eme étage avec une vue piscine (et vice versa...) et vue partielle de la grande pyramide. Trop épuiser pour retourner me plaindre, je cède... Là impossible de connecter le wifi gratuit, retour reception pour apprendre que c'est un service en réalité payant 12euros pour 3 jours (la blague !) N'ayant pas trop le choix j'accepte et là surprise ça marche 1 fois sur 2, ça se déconnecte régulièrement et le débit est très faible, en bref, horrible. L'hotel est immense, c'est une usine. Enormément de monde, de bruit, d'enfants. Plusieurs restaurants dont 1 (Italien) assez tranquille. Nourriture moyenne. Résumé un rapport qualité prix désastreux.

Premier et dernier séjour ds cet jotel
L hôtel n a pas répondu à mes attentes. Il a fallu monter le ton pour avoir meilleure chambre, internet défectueux et facturation alors qu on m a expliqué que j avais droit à 3 jours d internet. C est mon prémier et dernier sejour dans In hotel le Meridien. Dommage, car j étais venu pour y organiser un événement avec 100 personnes.

Trés sincèrement, cet hotel est magnifique. il est situé non loin des Pyramides de Gizeh avec vue sur elles. L'Hôtel et ses chambres sont propres et très bien entretenues. Le personnel est agréable, serviable, conviviale. Les équipements de l'hotel proposent plusieurs piscines à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, avec salle de sport et Spa gratuit à volonté. Quant au restaurant de l'hôtel, c'est une merveille, le buffet à volonté es extrêmement qualitatif et copieux. les cuisiniers nous propose des prestation haut de gamme. Je n'ai vraiment rien à dire de négatif sur l'hôtel. J'ai passé un excellent séjour. N'hésitez pas à aller en Egypte, le pays est magnifique et sécurisé. Nous avons parcouru 1600 km en voiture en 10 jours et n'avons rencontré aucune difficulté ou situation dangereuse.

l hôtel est tres jolie mais pour un 5 étoiles j'ai honte pas de wifi dans les chambres ..... si on le veut sais 10e par jour pas de repas prix en compte pour un 5 étoiles ...... on paye les repas de l hôtel avec des frais en plus ... et il ne rendent jamais la monnaie bref je donne une note de 4 sur 10 des radins.. du jamais vue !!!

Très bon hôtel. Bien situé pour le tourisme, un peu moins pour le business. Belle piscine. Sauna et soyez nickel.

ne rien oublier dans votre chambre
l'hôtel se situe à 15 minutes du site des pyramides. A part les pyramides il n'y a rien aux alentours. Je garde malheureusement un mauvais souvenir car j'ai oublié mon appareil photo dans ma chambre, j'ai bien évidemment demandé à l'hôtel de me le récupérer et de me le conserver car je devais revenir. Mais personne n'a vue mon appareil sauf l'emprunteur qui est resté muet...

Hotel Medidien Pyramids : fabuleux !!
Cet hôtel est le meilleur. Emplacement de rêve à 10mns à pieds des pyramides. Vue des pyramides depuis la piscine, un must !! Service parfait, chambre spacieuse et confortable, piscine fabuleuse, restauration de très bonne qualité. Le plus, peu bruyant ce qui est exceptionnel au Caire !! Je le recommande vivement !!

ピラミッドビューのお部屋を予約したつもりが、通されたお部屋からはピラミッドがほとんど見えませんでした。フロントに言いに行ったら、ピラミッドビューのお部屋に替えていただけました。 イタリアンレストランでディナーしたのですが、とても気持ちのいい対応でした。

Mooi hotel. Groot maar steeds plaats in de restaurants, zwembad e.d. Alle faciliteiten die je wenst. Zeer vriendelijke mensen. Uitzicht aan het zwembad op de piramides is zeer fijn. Goede locatie als uitvalbasis voor excursies te combineren met een dagje zwembad. Excursies beperkt vanuit het hotel. Best te boeken bij andere operatoren.

Minutes from the Pyramids
Great location across the street from the entrance to the Pyramids, which is also a negative because it attracts large tourist groups. So there is a somewhat loud and chaotic feel in the large lobby area. But it also means breakfast starts at 4 am and that was good for my early morning flight. The room was spacious but basic. No outlets by the bed to charge phones, camera, etc. Only outlets were near the base of the wall. But WiFi was free and pretty good.

This hotel is located in an awesome location with beautiful pyramid views. The staff were all very friendly. I would stay at this hotel again if I ever visit Cairo Egypt again.
