There is certainly no excuse for the disappointing standards which you encountered, and I would like to assure you that each point you mentioned has already been discussed with the personnel concerned, to ensure a similar situation does not recur in the future.
I have carried out an investigation regarding specific requests not being adhered to, which is clearly completely unacceptable, however I would appreciate if you can advise the name of the personnel involved or the date of the incident to enable us to conclude the investigation and get back to you with our findings.
It is my hope that these events will not permanently mar your opinion of our hotel and that you will return to us again, when I am sure you will remember your stay for all the right reasons. Should you decide to do so, I would appreciate you contacting my office.

Following investigation, we found that you have made two bookings and the second booking was for a city view room and this was the reason behind the room change.
I would also like to inform you that Rawas is a Limousine company, certified by the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism and has its official price list approved by the Ministry and as such, we have no option but to comply.
