I’m surprised to read your comment. Regarding the view, I am sorry, but you did not have any special request in advance. Please know that we have two different views, a street view, which is noisy and a quiet courtyard view. Guests have the opportunity to request it in advance, upon arrival and even during their stay. If our availability allows us, we are happy to help change or upgrade the room. As you know, windows in hotels are not meant to be opened fully for safety reasons. However, we can open them to a tilt so fresh air will enter the room. Our Reception team is always available to help change or upgrade the room. I am sorry, that you did not let us know your trouble during your stay and we were not able to assist you. Regarding the TV programs, please know that we have guests arriving from many different countries. Unfortunately we are not able to provide every channel in every language, so we collected the most important ones from a lot of languages. Our guests have the option to view those. I am sad to see that you were not satisfied with the cleaning. Let me kindly assure you that our Housekeeping is working very hard to make sure the cleanliness is up to satisfaction by hoovering, dusting, cleaning the bathroom and changing the towels daily. We take your comment very seriously and already shared your comment with the corresponding department. Les lits sont confortable . Pas du tout digne d’un 4 etoiles . Tres bieb localisé par contre au milieu de tout a pied . Transports , restaurants quartier juif etc . Salle de bain avec des odeurs qui remonte , pas d’eau gratuite dans la chambre . Le personnel n’est pas chaleureux mais apparament c culturel . Je recommande pour le lit et la localisation de l’endroit

il y a eu une erreur de la ^personne à l accueil pour reserver le minibud ,ça ne m était jamais arrive et nous avons du prendre un taxi à 30€ alors que nous avions payé le minibud et il n est jamais venu. les services du minibud ont dit qu ils n avaient pas eu d appel

HOTEL OK, LOCATION PERFECT
Location is excellent, hard to beat for the price (when it is a good price). Bed is super comfortable. The bedroom is very quiet but quite outdated, the whole hotel could be used as a decor for a film taking place in the 80's/90's. The bathroom though has been renovated and is quite small but looks really good. Front desk recepionists are ok but like the place lack of warmth. The one I had was most certainly not service orientated. I was glad I had only booked one night there and booked somewhere else for the following days. More a good 3 stars than a 4 stars one. Still a good choice when the price is fair due to its location and the quietness of the room and the comfort of the bed.

I am sad to hear that style of our hotel did not met your expectations, however i should mention we have a new category room called Deluxe rooms, which was newly renovated and got a much more modern design aside from our classic rooms. I was surprised to read that you were not satisfied with our colleges on the front desk as most comments are raving about how helpful and attentive our colleges. I am sure if you decide to come back in the future your experience would be different and i hope we will have the chance to prove that not only our location can be superb. Notre chambre ne correspondait pas tout à fait à la photo. Même si elle était petite, elle était malgré tout très confortable. Par contre, nous étions un peu déçus du petit-déjeuner pas aussi varié que la dernière fois où nous étions venus à Budapest à la même époque (dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de fraises, seulement une salade de fruits pas très appétissante !)
