We tried to do our best to make you satiesfied and even if you did unplug the AC while triyng to set it wrong, while we did not imagine that you could unplug the CA and then not to let us know, we changed your room to a Superior room.In no hotel whatsoever there is no breakfast at 3am in the morning, especially in our hotel while nowhere in the internet is saying that we have packed breakfast, We do some favours to people leaving the hotel at 6 am, but at 3 am it is not possible while the kitchen is closed.If for this reason you gave us such a bad review, please take in consideration that we do have a program and some rules, and we can not bring the Cook at 3 am to open the kitchen. (staff do have a program and can not be waked up in the begging of the night to come to the job instead to come at 6 amHope, that for your next trip you will inform about the program of the hotel services before you choose the hotel, or that you book later flights (more expensive) in order to have time to serve breakfast.We sincerelly hope that you will have better choices next time.Best regards,Andreea NicuManager

We do put special accent on keeping our guests safe and healthy and we to take care to respect all the measures against any virus and disinfect the air with ozone and all surfaces very often. This person did not stay, she made the reservation for aomebody else and she wanted free beds for 2 children, but in the reservation was only 1 child without bed reservation - as per international policy 1 child stay free of charge when using existing beds with parents. Parents were happy, the person who made the reservation freigtened us ia order to give the beds for free or bad review. We give services for free when we consider not by freighten

Olemme todella pahoillamme, mutta emme tienneet, että tarvitsit 2 huopaa, sinun olisi pitänyt kysyä vastaanotosta sinä yönä. Valitettavasti emme voi tietää, käytetäänkö yhtä perhettä käyttämään yhtä vilttiä tai erillisiä vilttejä. Kysy vastaanotosta seuraavan kerran, kun tarvitset jotain. We are truly sorry, but we did not know that you needed 2 blankets, you should have asked at Reception in that night. Unfortunately we can not know if one family is used to use 1 blanket or separate blankets. Please ask the reception next time when you need something.
