Fabulous, quirky little B & B. Lovely host who organised a delicious continental breakfast each money. Loads to chose from. Had the best few nights in a long time. Location was perfect nice and peaceful for a relaxing stay and yet within easy walking distance of literally just about everything! Underground just at the end of the street if you needed to travel a little further out. We still have loads to see so will definitely be back and will definitely stay here again. .

Sehr familiär wirkende Unterkunft mit freundlichem Personal und Duschen mit Fußbodenheizung. .Die enge steile Treppe ist für alte oder gehbehinderte Menschen sicher eine Herausforderung. Würde jederzeit wieder herkommen.

Excelente quarto e localização!
A hospedagem possui uma excelente localização, pois além de diversos bares e restaurantes a poucos passos, fica a 700m da Grand-Place e do Manekin-Pis, e aproximadamente 1km da estação central. O quarto é bastante amplo, possui frigobar, cofre, máquina nespresso e cama muito confortável. O café-da-manhã é bem servido, inclusive por duas funcionárias muito simpáticas e prestativas, sendo uma delas brasileira. Li alguns comentários relacionados as escadas, que de fato podem ser um problema para idosos ou pessoas com dificuldade na locomoção, mas pra nós não gerou dificuldades. Por se tratar de uma data comemorativa, fiz um pedido especial a Apostolou, proprietário do estabelecimento, que o atendeu com maestria, nos deixando muito felizes e agradecidos!

Pros and Cons
First, the rooms were prefect, except that the coffee bar needed napkins. However, this fact is offset by what is in actually a very steep, narrow staircase. Do not stay here if you are not in very good shape. We booked 2 rooms and stayed 2 nights. Second, someone should have been there to help with bags given the stair issue, We received an email the night before giving us the code to the door, a notice that keys would be in our rooms, and notice that they/he hoped to see us the next morning at breakfast. The key wasn't in my aunt's room. I emailed the owner, who ran over another key to her room and left without meeting us both or going over terms of stay. The owners were not there the next morning for breakfast. Third, the owners never showed up to deal with paperwork or payment. We had tickets on the 6:30 a.m. train, so we left at 5:30 a.m. I assumed they would charge my card, but instead received a message stating that even though we had left in the night, we still had to pay - as if we skipped out on our bill! I explained the situation and he insisted that we pay the amount directly into his bank account, which was a bit difficult given that we were traveling at the time. To be clear, if we had been able to meet with the owner(s), much of this could have been avoided. In summary, rooms are great, but difficult to access and customer service virtually non-existent.

Excellent room/location, with important caveats.
The B&B is located 1 min from the subway (2 stops from the train central station), and 5-10 mins walk to the Grand Place. The entrance and the 3 rooms face a small narrow road (almost an alley), adjoining roads with restaurants and pubs. Breakfast is served in the common ground floor room and is a collection of cheese, jams, croissants/breads, coffee/cappuccino/tea, yoghurt, fruits, cookies and cereals (some items and water are always available to the guests). No eggs and bacon or other hot meals are offered. The owner is very nice and speaks English. The room on the 3rd floor we were in was in mint condition, extremely clean and roomy: coffee machine, flat TV with accessible HDMI, (loud) A/C, speedy Wifi (30-40Mbps UL/DL), big shower, welcome pralines and complimentary water in a fridge, window facing the roofs with plenty of natural light were available. IMPORTANT: The stairs to the rooms are *extremely* steep and narrow, with everything that implies (especially safety-wise)... Bringing upstairs anything bigger than a cabin trolley will be very difficult. The windows on the staircase cannot be opened. No fire extinguishers/sprinklers are available in the room/common room/staircase. This seems to be common in Brussels (as we saw in restaurants), although everything is wood... The very loud AC meant we had to keep it off and the window open instead: you will hear the noises of the below streets teeming people in pubs and restaurants until very late (2-3 am).

Хороший мини-отель в хорошей доступности к центру
В целом отель понравился - небольшой и достаточно уютный (там всего 3 номера, по одному на каждом этаже). Хорошее место - тихая улочка, до метро метров 200, до центрального вокзала 2 остановки метро или минут 25 пешком. Максимально быстрый чек-ин:) В нашем случае хозяин извинился что его не будет, сообщил код от входной двери, а ключ от номера оставил прямо в двери номера. Хорошая кровать с удобным матрасом. Есть кофеварка в номере, быстрый и бесплатный wi-fi. Минус только один - очень узкая и крутая лестница в номера, по которой проблематично тащить тяжелые чемоданы. Завтрак достаточно простой, не слишком обильный.

Sehr hübsches Hotel mit liebe zum Detail und ein sehr sehr netter Besitzer der jeden Morgen ein wunderbares Frühstück gezaubert hat. Würde jederzeit wieder ein Zimmer buchen, wenn ich einen Aufenthalt in Brüssel hätte. Ich war äusserst zufrieden.

Amazing stay in the heart of Brussels!
Without a doubt one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in. Service was impeccable - the host is lovely. His attention to detail was quite remarkable - our room was spotless, we were left chocolates on our bed on arrival and given free bottled water. Breakfast was included and delicious. Bed was super comfy. The floor of the bathroom and toilet is heated!!!!! The shower was lovely. I can go on and on with compliments but my overall advice is to book this place, trust me you will not be disappointed!

Great little B & B in a fantastic location. Close to shops, restaurants and Bars but very quiet. The room was larger than anticipated, very clean and had a comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Estadia de 03 noites. Hotel excelente, quartos muitos confortáveis, aquecimento inclusive no chão do banheiro. Muito bem decorado. Fomos muito bem tratados, um café da manhã delicioso. Localização excelente, propritário extremamente atencioso. Me hospedaria novamente lá, sem duvidas. Apenas um detalhe para aqueles que possuem algum tipo de dificuldade, ou idosos. Para acesso aos quartos, não há elevador, a subida é por escada e dificil para quem possui algum limitação. Quantos as malas não há problema o Apostomo proprietario auxilia.

An authentic experience in a lovely part of the city near the Grande Plaza. It is mid block on a quaint side street,(like an alley but good lighting at night). Drop off may not be able to be done in front of the building if in a large vehicle. It was like 50 steps from the end of the block I used to come and go. Local pubs and restaurants at the end of the little street. It was a quiet location. I stayed in the 4th floor room and it was so inviting and tasteful with a nice view above rooftops. A short 7 minute walk to main plaza where many of the tours meet up. The inn is run by a very gracious Mr. Apostolou. Pick you up Snacks and coffee always available. It has a more local neighborhood feel which I wanted, very authentic. A generous breakfast every morning of various breads, cheese, pastry coffee, tea, fresh juice cereals and yougert and water always accessible. The only drawback for some might be the stairs leading up to the rooms are challenging. It was not a problem for me, but could pose issues for someone not agile. Carrying a large bag down was difficult, but I was able to manage it - a less fit person would have trouble. Mr Apostolou generously kept my bag and brought my bag to my room upon my arrival because room access it was not available until late in the afternoon and I had booked a trip to Antwerp. I would highly recommend this BnB. Everything about it added to my experience in Brussels. Thank you Mr. Apostolou

Clean. Quiet. Close to center of town. Nice proprietor. Spoke English. Could pay on departure with a credit card. No elevator though. Skinny, steep stairs. Breakfast was good at 8 am, but no hot cooked eggs or pancakes. Safe was in the room but the code was on the back of the door. Private bathroom! Mini fridge! Big bed! Same towels for the 3 days, but it's a B&B not a hotel. I'd stay there again.

Mr. Apostolou runs a fantastic bed and breakfast in a lovely Belgian neighbourhood. My room was sparkling clean, quiet and spacious, and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in! I loved the extra special touches like the Nespresso machine, kettle, water bottles and air conditioner (it’s still hot in Belgium!) and those welcome chocolates were great touch. Breakfast was fresh and offered a variety of cheeses and breads, croisssnts, fruits, as well as fresh orange juice and coffee. Great location with many options to eat out. Mr. Apostolou was very warm and friendly - it’s obvious that he loves what he does. I highly recommend his bed and breakfast! Merci beaucoup pou votre hospitalité!

Ótimo hotel no estilo B&B com poucos quartos aconchegantes e café da manhã conjunto. Muito bem decorado com boa localização. O dono é muito simpático e receptivo. Estacionamento público pago a poucos metros (diária de 22 euros). Rua um pouco escura a noite.

Nydelig sted!
Et helt fantastisk BB med bare tre rom og en husvert som la sjela si i at gjestene skulle trives. Nydelig, rent rom. Lekker og innholdsrik frokost. Livlig nærområde mest dominert av fastboende og mindre turistifisert enn ellers i sentrum. Mange gode restauranter få skritt unna. Eneste minus var en bråkete airconditionmaskin, men det gikk helt greit å skru den av om natta selv om det var svært god sommertemperatur ute.

Very nice and comfortable.
The B&B is very new, well designed and organized. The owner is great with his cordiality. Rooms are very nice and well managed, nothing to compete with 5stars hotel. This B&B is much better. When you wake up the breakfast room is prepared like home, you really feel happily pampered.

Excellent hotel situated 5minute walk away from the city centre. For a central location it is extremely quite and the owner if really friendly and makes your feel like family. Would recommend.
