Great location and good value

Les + : Great location, friendly staff.
Les - : General décor and cleanliness could be better but the bathroom was clean and sheets etc were changed daily.
Situation : Great location within easy walk of the main tourist attractions and very close to midi station which is useful for airport and excursions.
Staff were very friendly, I turned up 3 hours before check in and my room was ready. The room was a little bit jaded but had a large, clean bathroom and a good size bed. Could have done with air con instead of the rather feeble electric fan. Excellent location near the midi station.

Les + : Lovely spacious rooms, nice breakfast. Easy to find and quick check in.
Close to the train station. A lovely walk to the center.

Welcoming helpful staff, great location, comfortable room, good Wifi, great facilities in room, excellent breakfast, easy access to Ststion, good restaurants nearby

Keine 3 Sterne Hotel. Für 2 Sterne wäre es ausreichend, für 3 Sterne aber zu wenig Komfort. Die Hand- bzw. Badetücher waren schmutzig.

Hotel muito barulhento, não conseguia dormir.

O quarto do hotel era muito barulhento, não tive nenhuma noite de sono agradável, acordava a todo momento, parecia que os carros entravam ali. A única vantagem dan localização é ser próximo da estação de trem, mas não recomendo, tb não gostei do bairro.

Hemos ido 4 personas ..2 adultos y 2 niños y la habitación era muy grande...El metro justo enfrente...Al centro 15 minutos...El desayuno está bien pero podían poner algo más variado..

Rento hotelli lyhyen kävelymatkan keskustasta

Yövyimme hotellissa kolme yötä toukokuussa 2016. Hotellille oli helppo löytää julkisilla kulkuneuvoilla lentokentältä. Lähin juna-asema (Brussels Suid/Midi) on n. 700 metrin päässä. Hotellista oli kävelymatka kaikkiin nähtävyyksiin (n. 1-1,5km). Hotellin aulatyöntekijät puhuivat hyvää englantia ja olivat erittäin avuliaita. Siisteys kolmen tähden tasoa - perussiisti paikka siis. Huoneen melko edulliseen hintaan kuului aamiainen, joka oli mielestäni Keski-Euroopan tyylinen: jogurttia, leipää, croisanttia, omenaa, appelsiinia, juustoa, leikkelettä, muroja ja kahvia/teetä. Ei runsauden huippua, mutta ok. Ainoat miinukset antaisin keväthelteiden aiheuttamasta kuumuudesta huoneessa ja vessassa; ilmastointi toimi huonosti ja vessaan paistoi aamuaurinko niin, että koko koppi oli melkoinen sauna aamuisin. Muuten ok. Brysseliin matkustaessani yöpyisin uudestaan, ellei halvemmalla löytyisi parempaa.

Floris Hotel Ustal, Brussels

Situation : See above: quite centrally located, only a short walk from Brussels Midi station (though not the best area of Brussels).
Welcoming staff, centrally located, clean with large, well furnished room and very good breakfast. It was good value for money. My only complaint (mentioned to Reception) was that the hotel heating was far too high, making it difficult to sleep even with the radiators off and the windows open....on a rather chilly week-end in April! A hotel bar would have been nice but not important. Overall I'd stay there again.

RImelig hotel nære til jernbanestasjon

Les - : Temperaturregulering på rommet. Frokostbord var raskt utplukket mens nye forsyningen kom veldig sent.
Situation : Nærheten av jernbanestasjon
Hotellet lo i nærheten av plassen hvor jeg skulle på møte. Nærheten til dette stedet og jernbanestasjon var det beste med det. Totalt sett var standarden og renheten OK. Rommet var alt for varmt, umulig å regulere / stenge av varmen på radiatorene og det var veldig mye trafikkstøy utenfor rommet.

Buen hotel, no tiene lujos pero todo lo necesario para descansar, es limpio, bien ubicado y lo mejor el desayuno. Muy recomendable.
