Bon hôtel . La réception est rapide mon statue vip a été tenue j’ai donc eu droit au parking gratuit et l’on m’a également proposé un départ tardif dont je n’avais pas besoin. Bon petit déjeuner buffet dommage qu’il s’arrête à 9h30 c’est un peu tôt.. en vacances on aime traîner un peu. Chambre confortable bon lit spacieux. A dix minutes du centre à pieds .

Bon hôtel mais bruyant la nuit
Bon hôtel mais bruyant la nuit lié au trafic routier. Fenêtre ouverte ou fermée aucune différence, mauvaise isolation. Cela nous a fait changer d’hôtel.

Room was clean and reception staff were lovely but we waited 45 minutes for drinks & toasted sandwiches in the cafe/bar area. The staff in the bar seemed to have no idea what was going on. Let the whole experience down

Put MAKE MY BED sign for a whole day. When I came back, housekeeping staff did not do anything, didn’t even come into the room.

Parking onsite for $30 a day. However the staff that checked me in was nice, I arrived early which I had to leave my luggage at the storage area. When I came back to pick those up I was told rudely by a staff to “LINE UP!” Other than that it was a great experience, good room and quite clean. Rooftop swimming pool was excellent with a gym with the view of the city.

The front desk staff went above and beyond as we had an issue with lost luggage on the train. They were so friendly and helpful doing everything in their power to rectify the problem, the rooms were spotless and large close to many shops and restaurants.

Had a fantastic stay with my kids for the Paul McCartney concert. Service was excellent, food was delicious and a very comfortable room. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Brisbane!

Room was dirty, cobwebs on the balcony, drink ring stains on the air conditioning unit, lots of soap scum around the shower tiles. Rooftop pool is rough, seats had suspicious stains and the window from the pool looking out at the view was so hard to see out of, it didn’t look like it was cleaned in a while. The rooftop is also inaccessible which is not clearly stated, in their accessibility claus they just state the places which are accessible such as lobby, etc. very deceiving. The type of budget accommodation, 50$ a night max is what it’s worth, definitely not the 200 we paid. Highly advise picking another option, anything is better. It’s located in a dodgy area as well. Wouldn’t be back if I was paid to go.

Almost there, with a twist
Having stayed a few times in the past, you always have high expectations, however this time the hotel failed us a little. At dinner in the restaurant, they were a bit short of staff, so the usual service was not there, however they did what they could, so we did not say anything, Also we did not get the room made up after the first night. We noticed coming back late afternoon, that no one had attended our room, so had to ask for fresh towels prior to going for dinner, and the towels was there upon our return later, but saying that, no one had bothered to remove the used one from the past 24 hours, that's not good enough.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I have a large 4X4 and standard park was a bit of an issue but they do have limited large vehicle parking. The room were comfortable and clean and I would definitely stay again.
