Best hotel in Bratislava but ...
In my opinion the best hotel in Bratislava. Real 5 stars service that will satisfy the most demanding guests ... But still, few improvements need to be made. In-room dining menu has to improve, breakfast buffet has to improve, and the Spa entrance fee for hotel guests is ridiculously high and NOT worth the "discounted" rate of 35€.

Hôtel très luxueux et agréable. Le confort y est irréprochable. Le seul bémol est lors que l’on réserve une chambre avec « river view » on est pas assuré d’avoir la vue sur le Danube mais d’être côté Danube avec vue sur la place. Le spa est magnifique

Best hotel I've had in Slovakia. I was upgraded to an executive room and there was absolutely NOTHING negative to say about my room, or the service or internet or the breakfast. Everything was just perfect.

superbe hôtel pour la relaxation, ne pas hésiter à s'offrir un massage de vrais pro sont là, et la piscine et l'ensemble sur le top de l'immeuble est idéal, prévoyez une escale supplémentaire. petit déjeuner incontournable, déco soignée, salle de bain parfaite, seul bémol les lits jumeaux en 90, dommage, j'aurais été tentée d'y passer une nuit de plus. la vielle ville est vraiment très sympa a visiter,mais une journée suffit.

The very annoying thing about this property is that the photos are completely misleading making the room seem vastly larger and more luxurious than it actually is. The room is simple and clean but here were many shortcomings: the TV remote did not work and there were no english/international channels; there was one narrow comforter for 2 people on the bed and nothing extra available in the room; we learned after checking in that the power would be turned off the following day for renovations; and, finally we learned that the restaurant was closed for the foreseeable future. We arrived after dinner and the main door was locked;an envelope was left in the door for us bit there was no head-up by phone/text/email in advance. The entrance is on a back lane with garbage bins on both sides so we felt we were coming in by the janitorial entrance. On the positive side, the hotel was receptive when we said we were disappointed and would stay only one night instead of 5.

We really enjoyed this hotel, the breakfast was great, comfy bed & clean. Loved the riverside walk to town. The dining options in the area were fantastic highly recommend eating at Massimo’s. My only critique is it’s time to upgrade the towels.

The hotel itself is nice but you have to pay extra for really every single little service. Obviously Spa is an extra 35 Euros. Parking 40 Euros. Cheap rittersport chocolate from minibar 10 euros. Egg Benedict at a breakfast you already payed: plus 13 Euros. I have no problem to pay the price for a nice place but the extra costs are just not in relation with the service offered. Also the hillside rooms are actually in front of a frequented car road and the river side rooms have 2/3 of the view blocked by other buildings. It’s sad that a hotel with such a nice potential makes his guests feel like cash cows. Service is extremely overcooled at reception. Service at breakfast and for luggage are really nice and friendly. Nice 25-30 minutes walk to the city center

Das war wirklich sehr frech und schreckliche abzocke!!! Parken für 1 tag 39€, Wellness und Spa 100€. Kein warmes Wasser gehabt. Ehrlich gesagt für das Geld haben wir nix erlebt außer abzocke. Ein schokolade Riegel kostet 6€,was soll ich da mehr diskutieren. Nie wieder.

One of the most expensive in Bratislava, but I can see why. House keeping knock every day at 9 am, regardless of DND being on. Breakfast very average. Biggest issue, no pool acces, even at €200+ a night!… another €35.

Excellent hotel. The only advice I would have for expedia is to note that pool is available at an additional charge. I booked the hotel because it had a pool. The charge for pool was $35 per person. Parking was $39 per day.

This is a modern stylish property on the banks of the Danube river in Bratislava. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The restaurant is nice albeit the main restaurant is closed at the weekend (when we were there anyway), the bar was still serving food. I would recommend.

Wir verreisen eigentlich viel und meistens in Fünf Sterne Hotels. In diesem Hotel hat zu meiner Überraschung ein Bidet im Badezimmer gefehlt! Das Personal war sehr nett. Rundherum eigentlich sehr gut! Was ich nicht in Ordnung finde ist, dass das Hotel mit einem Innenpool und Gym wirbt, aber für die beiden Möglichkeiten extra Geld verlangt ( Weil Spa von einer anderen Firma betrieben wird). Dann muss ich das ganz klar hinschreiben und nicht in klein gedrucktes. Außerdem ist in einem fünf Sterne Hotel sollte Gym selbstverständlich sein und nicht extra bezahlt werden.

Premium hotel, meets high expectations. Nice spa but pricy if not included in room. Breakfast was really excellent. The hotel is located a bit outside city enter close to the Donau, nice views but you need to take taxi/tram to get to city centre, that is however easy and cheap. I would stay here again.
