The room was clean but the hallways were not. The carpet in the hotel was pretty wornout. The breakfast was satisfactory. Checkin and out were done on line and quick.

I have been to Bozeman a million times, but this hotel is definitely my favorite! The breakfast changes daily; the front desk workers are kind and understanding; The rooms are clean and cleaned well. I would recommend over and over!

The 24/7 check in is amazing to have, especially when you just need a place to sleep before a long day of driving through Montana; the rooms were really clean, and the staff were beyond friendly Couldn’t recommend staying here enough

We're sorry the hot tub was down when you were here. Unfortunately a gasket was compromised in the pump and we couldn't get one on Sunday!

Had the 3 queen bed room. Awesome size. Only issue was it smelled like chlorine one day. It was located by the pool area.

The staff cancelled my reservation after they made a mistake. Then told me I had to fix it and after I tried (and failed), the end result was me going to a completely different hotel. The staff refused to acknowledge it was their mistake even though it was very obvious. I will absolutely never go to another comfort inn after that.

Expedia did a TERRIBLE job and did not transmit our reservation to the hotel. I had a confirmation number and my CC was charged but there was no email from Expedia and the hotel was left out to dry. Hotel staff did their very best to rectify an issue that wasn’t their own. Moral of the story: search on Expedia, then book directly with the hotel - they will price match :)

Thanks, Devin - We took care of your accommodations because of the negativity of the situation. We do not match Expedia at the property level, but Choice Hotels offers deep discounts for prepaid reservations just like Expedia.

Although the area was nice, it was very noisy due to being in a busy interesection. I do prefer a clean bed, but they used so much Clorox, not only could I smell it but I had an allergic reaction that had never happened before. Won’t be staying at any Comfort Inn again.

Tv didn’t work, internet didn’t work. Lamp between beds didn’t work. Hair in one bed. Didn’t look like sheets had been washed. Overall, not a great stay and we will not be back.

I didn't use much of the amenities, the breakfast was average, only thing that was appetizing was the coffee, the gym was tiny, but the front desk people were polite and helpful.

The room was very noisy. You could hear everything in the rooms next door. You could hear everything going on out in the hall. The bathroom had a leak/mold growing above the shower head, it was dirty by the tub/grout. The door to the room had a large gap, so you could hear everything going on outside. I took pictures of the problems. So, if you are planning on sleeping, don't stay at this motel. They had kids running up and down the hall and slamming doors.

Our room is roomy, clean and very comfortable, best We've stay in in the last couple years. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to many nice restaurants. We didnt use the popl or hot tub too far from our room Husband is disabled so we didnt try. We will stay here again.
