Check in was easy, parking sufficient and staff was friendly. Hotel and room was clean, temperature was adequate and easily adjustable. Breakfast was plentiful with a decent selection of food choices.

The room was completely unsanitary. There were blood spots on the floor in the bathroom. There was also hair in the bathtub and on the towels sitting on the edge of the tub. There was trash sitting on the floor in the corners indicating that a proper cleaning did not take place. The couch had white stains on it. The bedding didn’t even look like it had been washed. The bedding was all wrinkled and had darker shade spots on it. It was an overall horrible experience and I will be pursuing a refund since I spent a total of maybe 15 minutes in the room. I drove 10 hours, checked in, saw how unsanitary the room was and went back downstairs and checked out. I didn’t enjoy my stay because the room was so filthy that I had no desire to stay in it. At a minimum, I expect to receive my $100 deposit back from Comfort Suites that was sprung on us when we arrived. As stated earlier, I will be pursuing a refund as I never completed my stay after the 15 minutes in the room due to the condition of the room.

So many things wrong I don’t know what to share. Well, the first room had construction going on in the rooms on both sides of me from seven in the morning till seven at night. So they moved me to a corner room where the light in the bathroom did not work, and the bedside lights didn’t work. So I am still waiting to get the bathroom light fixed and the side table fixed light fixed. Oh, and the elevator was broken so I had to walk up three flights of stairs at 73 years old which wasn’t fun. I made it though.

We stay at this Comfort Inn at least twice a year. This time the first rm we were given we opened the door and it was under renovation. Given a second rm. it had 2 queen beds we needed a king due to what we reserved. Finally the 3rd rm was ok. Next to the pool very noisy until it closed. Free breakfast was terrible. Eggs and sasauge were cold all 4 mornings. I felt the snow and ice should’ve been cleared at the entrance way for safety reasons. And after two days I ask if there was house keeping was informed that if you needed something you had to stop by the front desk and put in a request for your rm.

Unit wasn't properly cleaned. A lot of items were broken (including the shower curtain). The couch was full of dog hair so we refrained from using it. Poor customer service from the fd staff. However, this was our first time in CO and we were determine to enjoy our trip regardless. We made the stay as comfy as possible. Besides everything, the bed was comfortable and the unit & lobby always smelt great. Housekeepers were very friendly and helpful.

Close to I-25 easy on/off but hotel is tucked in a cozy street where there isnt freeway noise. The hotel staff was quite friendly and saw to our needs. Access to all sorts of convenient stops, eateries and some shopping.

Although I have visited this hotel quite a few times the one thing I would have to say I wish was better was their breakfast. The gravy for biscuits and gravy is just a white blob and not very appealing. They used to have green chili every once in awhile which was amazing. Front desk staff need a little bit of training in real customer service! Rooms however are very comfy!
