Excellent choix pour visiter Boston
Excellent choix, très propre, lit très confortable, bcp d’espace et proche du centre ville, accès au métro en sortant de l’hôtel. Mon seul point négatif est de ne pas avoir de cafetière dans la chambre.

C'est mieux avec une fenêtre !!!!
un hotel sympa, une belle chambre en parfait état avec une salle de bains agréable et complete (avec une douche flexible...) Un seul bémol, la chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre (enfin si mais avec vue sur mur...). L'hotel est bien placé avec un resto dessous.

Cher Didier, Je suis contente que vous avez eu une bonne sejour avec nous. Nous avons plusieurs styles de chambres, quelques avec une vue sur la ville y quelque sans. Malheureusement l'hotel etait complet quand vous avez rester avec nous, si non on aura pu vous donner une surclassement complementaire. Peut-etre la prochaine fois!

Nous avons eu une chambre au sous-sol sans fenêtre donc très dangereux en cas d’incendie et ce sans le mentionner lors de notre réservation

Hi, as is it listed on our website none of our cabin rooms has windows. This information is on our website in bold print with a description of the room being on the lower level which makes it ideal for light sleepers. Hopefully we'll see you again enjoying one of our rooms with a view!

The property had a great 'vibe'...the best location with the Aquarium T stop literally at the entrance. We usually stayed in Chelsea near a T, but this will be the 'go-to' for our next trip to Boston. If you are in Boston as a first-time visitor, I'd highly recommend the Harborside.....the Blue Line from Logan will take you without changing trains.

Ok for the Price. Our room was in the bassement with no windows, no Coffee machine in the room, no hair conditionner. Very basic but ok.

L'hôtel est bien situé. Près de l'eau, de l'aquarium, d'attractions touristiques intéressantes, du Quincy Market. Distance de marche raisonnable du TD Garden. Déjeuner non inclus, seulement barre tendre et café. Pour le reste tout était bien. Jolie chambre, lit confortable.

Le prix ! J'ai trouvé ça cher et en plus le parking est même pas à l'hôtel mais un peu plus loin. Par chance y donne un rabais sur le parking donc ça reviens à 39$ US au lieu de 86$ US. Mais il y a rien à faire dans cette hôtel... C'est vraiment juste pour un dodo !

A fuir!
Lit beaucoup trop petit pour un lit double : 140cm, ce qui n’est pas la norme aux USA (la nuit était à plus de 300€) nous voulions réserver un taxi pour le jour de notre départ car nous partions à 6h30 du matin le réceptionniste nous a indiqué que ça ne se réservait pas la veille mais le matin même, nous avons insisté car ça devait être tôt. Le lendemain matin un nouveau réceptionniste nous dit que c’est pas possible si tôt et qu’il aurait fallut le réserver la veille. Il ne nous a proposé aucune alternative. En fait on sentait bien qu’on le dérangeait. De plus la chambre n’a pas été faite de tout notre séjour. Le covid a bon dos car à New York la chambre a été faite tous les jours. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

We are sorry you did not enjoy your time. We make the room every day if you are comfortable with it. At check in we tell every guest to let us know if they would like service daily, otherwise we will stay out of your room. Some guests are still not comfortable with staff automatically entering every room so we give you the option. As for our beds we advertise either Queen, or King rooms. Our queen beds measure 60 inches (~153 CM) which is the standard size queen bed in in the states. For Taxi service, the two main taxi companies in town will not pre-book service when we call them so as much as our evening team would have liked to pre-book that for you, they will not normally accept pre-bookings.

Cet hôtel est en bon état, il est bien situé et le personnel est courtois. Cependant il n'était pas clairement annoncé que le restaurant est fermé, le bar est fermé et il n'y a aucun service de petit-déjeuner. Je souhaite qu'ils mettent en vigueur le service de petit déjeuner car il n'y a que le Starbuck disponible pas loin!

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to review the hotel. We have previously removed our bar and cafe from our website and amenity listings. However for breakfast, we do have a decent amount of places nearby (two local cafe's with breakfast to order, one local bakery, 2 starbucks, and a Dunkin's) within 2 blocks for breakfast, we also have some additional awesome recommendations within a 5-7 minute walk for a full sit-down waiter served breakfast as well. On weekends we also have some great breakfast/brunch options open within 2 blocks.

The bar and front office staff were incredibly helpful and happy to help. I believe Alexandra(spelling?) at the bar was extremely sweet and kind helping my husband and I at the bar ordering food and making us drinks. There was a receptionist whose name starts with a K I think sits at the desk to the right and she was AMAZING! I didn’t know how to write a review when I wanted and the trip was fresh in my mind so I apologize about the names! But they made the hotel better than we expected!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! First they out us in room 107 right behind the restaurant and bar and dead noises all night, second the HVAC did not work one of the desk managers came she couldn’t get it to work PROMISED I would hear from manager next day and be COMPENSATED and well we did not, so finally I went to front desk Adam manager wanted to use his hand held thermostat to see the temp but could not get it through his head that the system would not come on he said he was going to have maintenance come THEY DID NOT instead Adam came pushed the same buttons we did claimed he “tricked it” into working left and it still didn’t work. We were never told about or given the handout explain g parking. They have no valet or parking at the hotel it’s four blocks away and we were charged $104 the first night and another $70 the second night even though the signs say $45 max per day. When I brought this up at check out Adam offered to me that we should have been given a coupon at check in for $39 per night but that never happened. When I asked he about the promised compensation for non working HVAC he said he had no intentions of compensating us. Our room was street level right on sidewalk. Therefore we could not open the blinds for light or everyone walking down the street could see in our room . I would never stay at this hotel again and would advise anyone who does to watch Adam as he definitely doesn’t understand customer service. Horrible horrible stay.
