We stayed at your hotel for two nights. We traveled from Montreal with a baby and could not check in until later after our arrival because of your computer system that was not working properly (I believe your system started working only after 5PM). The only thing that was said to us a few times was to enjoy the day and go outside and try checking in at other times. Like if it was normal, nothing else was proposé to us. We don't except those type of answers when we are attending a 4 star hotel. After traveling for 6 hours and waking up early with a baby, we expected help and more understanding and options from you than saying to go outside and enjoy the day. The waiting time and the extreme long waiting line to check in afterwards was insane. It was also told to us that we would receive a mail from the hotel about this situation. We still have not received anything yet. Apart from that, we had to call for a mini fridge in the room cause the one that was suppose to be there was not. Again we have a baby and stuff to put in the fridge. We don't expect that in a 4 star hotel, whatever the room size is. Also, the bath was not draining properly and it was really unpleasant. That is not normal.

Chambres petites ,lits doubles ont 48 pouces et non 54, salles de bain sans comptoir, mais tout est propre. Personnel très accueillant , le petit musée de cet hôtel le rend unique , il faut voir la salle à dîner où Kennedy a demandé Jackie en mariage , L’achat du livre sur l’histoire de cet hôtel amène un complément d’informations très intéressant . L’hôtel est au cœur de l’activité et les arrêts de métro sont tout près . 3 eme visite à cet hôtel et nous y retournerons certainement !

The 40$ bill at the end of my stay was a surprise! The clerk told me it was because "I could have ask for a fridge, or bottles of water, and for Internet"... but for the fridge and the water I didn't, and I didn't know I could have. And for the Internet, I had chosen the "free" one. I think it would really be more honest to just charge for it with all the rest.

My identical twin sister and I love staying at Omni Parker Hotel. This hotel is one of the most beautiful landmarks of Boston. We enjoy learning the history and the beautiful architectures of the hotel. The room is very clean, and comfortable. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. We love the location of the hotel that is close to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping areas, and subway. We will definitely be back again.

I have stayed at the Omni Parker House a few times before, and find its central location very convenient. The building is old, and the interior comes across as a little "tired", but it makes up for it with its vintage charm. I also think it is a pretty good value.

The staff ALL made me feel welcome. From extra water to the room, to food in the pub, to directions or restaurant suggestions they were great. Room was clean. I needed a microwave and they provided one before a marathon. Would stay again. THANKS EVERYONE at OMNI Parker House. Great Boston Marathon stay. Thanks for the extra food too.

Older hotel with older decor and rooms, but nice. Very friendly staff. My only complaint was the $30 per day "destination charge" added to the room price. After booking, I did get an written explanation that it included a $10 credit to the hotel restaurant, a free bottle of water, and free wifi. Okay, that is the way of the world now. But I did eat at the restaurant and when I checked out, no credit on the bill. When I asked about it, desk staff were confounded but eventually gave me a $10 "guest complaint" adjustment. Look, if you are going to surreptiously have a higher room cost through a "destination charge", at least have the good graces to honor what you say it covers.

First, the room was tiny and stuck back in a corner with no light what so ever. The elevator kept us up all night. Finally, we saw mice running around the lobby. They did refund the destination fee. They also refunded Expedia $100; but, I now have to chase Expedia for the $100.

Nice hotel with places to sit in the lobby, convenient coffee shops and walgreens nearby and plenty of great dining within walking distance. The door between adjoining rooms is not sound-proof. Shower a little hard to use and curtain awkward, but these were minor issues. Very comfortable bed.

Tiny tv. maybe 24". I had to ask for a different room as the first one was a mile from the elevator and then climb 6 steps to get to the room (ridiculous). Used coffee bags in coffee maker tank which resulted in clogging and water/coffee all over the table. Very noisy ac/heating unit, room was either too hot or too cold. Restaurant closes at 2 pm. why bother opening at all? You must leave the property for Dinner unless you want pub food or room service Last but not least, it was over $600.00 per night. Marathon "rates" as all hotels rob the runners in order to be close to the finish line. The Omni is at least 1/2 mile from the finish. Least I forget they did offer brown bananas and warm bottled water after the race. Terrible experience....Never again!

The staff were all great at the front desk and so were the luggage people. The parking valets were also very good. But, the first room had a tub in poor condition with flaking near the drain. We moved to a second room which had a better tub but the bathroom mirror was in poor shape. There were no surfaces in the bathroom to put anything like a makeup case on it. The lighting wasn't adequate.
