Je suis très heureux de constater que vous avez passé un excellent séjour. Cependant, je regrette que vous n'ayez pas aimé notre buffet petit déjeuner qui est normalement très apprécié par notre clientèle internationale.

We can't control the workers who want to go on strike, this is their right, but we can inform our guest from the situation to make sure they have all the information needed to make a choice for their dream vacation. I am sorry this was a short notice information, but we could not forecast it.
