i just had one little not so good opinion about Aloft Bolingbrook's indoor pool. Its suppose to be heated but it was freezing cold when we were there. But over all, our stay has been good and the hotel is clean and nice.

Both workers I spoke to at the front desk were so friendly and polite. Our room was clean and lovely. Definitely some noise on our floor for a bit, but was just some kids and not the hotel's fault. We had a delightful stay.

The entire staff was very accommodating and pleasant! Enjoyed the nightly entertainment! Disappointed there was not hot tub, but pool was nice, just small!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Accommodations were nice, we really enjoyed playing board games at the bench kitchen nook. The kids had fun in the pool and work out facility. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not a bad Place to Stay in Bolingbrook/Woodbridge
First time visiting Bolingbrook/Woodbridge. Booked the hotel based on company recommendation. It was a good place to stay for a short visit. Lobby and breakfast area was a bit cramped, however room was excellent. Safety deposit box did not work, and the service person couldn't fix it. Other than that all was good during my 2-night stay.

Quiet room in modern design.
I enjoy the modern design of the Aloft hotels. The lobby having food and live music was definitely a plus. As per request I was given a quiet room facing away from the streets and highway.

Even though the staff was great and the property was generally clean, I will warn others that the walls are *extremely* thin. We heard our neighbor having loud sex throughout the night. You also don’t have much privacy with the bathroom based on how the rooms are built in general. If you were using the bathroom, anyone in the bedroom area would hear every splash and breeze. The room was really beautiful and the bed was comfortable and warm. We loved the room in general except for the lack of bathroom privacy and how much sound traveled from room to room. There is a bar and a kitchen that are super nice, lots of items in a little shop, and super friendly staff. I wish I could rate higher, but these issues are mostly structural with how the property was built. If you can get past those issues, it’s a really nice and classy hotel.

Great experience at Aloft, very friendly staff and the hotel was very clean. Whenever we left and came back they staff always spoke to us and had a smile on their face. No long delay when we needed extra towels. All around great experience

When we arrived the Internet, TV and room phone did not work. Internet was restored after about 5 hrs.Took more than a day to restore room phone and TV.

The room had a terrible odor. I let the front desk know, and they sent maintenance to the room only to come down and say he didn’t smell anything upon entering the room. The smell was terrible, so no matter if he smelled it or not which I’m sure he did the comment he made “I don’t smell anything” shouldn’t have been made they should’ve just moved us as they did after I continue to complain. I ordered three rooms and the Wi-Fi wasn’t working in either room. The front desk just told us he’s not a technician so he couldn’t help us and that they would be fixed in the morning but again this is a one night stay The pool is extremely cold and the area is not heated. Other than that the structure the decor and everything else is nice.
