Super séjour , tout est au top ! Les restaurants sont très bon. Et l’animation est top , tout est mis en place pour qu’on ne s’ennuie pas. Excursion proposé, sortie en groupe en boîte le soir et super animation le soir à l’hôtel! Un gros coup de cœur pour les animateurs Momo et Bob qui sont très sympathiques mettent l’ambiance et organise des soirées ❤️

All staff very friendly and helpful. Great location on the seawall. Some areas of the facility need a bit of maintenance but the place is very clean and the food was great.

Her şey mükemmeldi
Oda ve genel kullanım alanlarındaki temizlikler çok iyiydi. Ortak kullanım wc’ler her misafirin giriş çıkışında bile temizleniyordu sürekli sirkülasyon mevcuttu. Oda mükemmel ötesiydi ve her gün kat hizmeti gayet iyiydi. Yemekler her insanın mutlaka damak tadına uyacak şekildeydi. Latif Şefimizin emeğine yüreğine sağlık. Snack barın pizzası hayatımda yediğim en iyi pizza olabilir (haftada en az 2 kez pizza yiyen birisi olarak söylüyorum). Animasyon ekibinin hepsi gerçekten gülümsemeyi hayat felsefesi edinmişler, hepsiyle çok iyi anlar geçirdik. Haziran sonu konaklamamıza rağmen akşamları bazen çok şiddetli esintiler oluyordu bunun için yanınıza bir sweat veya ceket almanızı öneririm. Pool barda genç bir arkadaş vardı onun hünerleriyle yaptığı sex on the beach kesinlikle denenmeli. 4 günlük konaklama içerisinde hiçbir şey beni üzmedi veya hüsrana uğratmadı. Çok huysuz birisi olmama rağmen asla somurtmadım. Animasyon ekibindeki Tunuslu arkadaşımıza selam olsun. Kendisiyle çok eğlenceli anlar geçireceğinize inanıyorum.

Gitmeden önce çok fazla kötü yorum okudum ama otelin o kötü yorumlar ile alakası yok.Denizi,konumu,çalışanların davranışları çok güzel. Havuzu pek tercih etmem ama temiz ve büyük bir ana havuz var. Çok kalabalık derseniz el binanın önünde de daha soğuk ama sakin bir havuz var. Bizim kaldığımız odada klimada küçük bir problem vardı ama odanın baktığı manzara o eksikliği kapadı diyebilirim :) Kendilerini alkol çeşitleri konusunda geliştirebilirlerse gayet güzel bir tatil yeri. Animasyon ekibi herkesin memnuniyeti için aşırı çabalıyor. Temiz değil denmiş ama her gün 2 kez odaya uğrayıp havlu, şampuan ve temizlik ihtiyacınız soruluyor bence temizlik için yeterli. Küçücük şeylere takılmadan tatil yapan biri iseniz memnuniyetle ayrılırsınız.

Needs TLC as a matter of urgency.
My impression is that this hotel was a great 5 star hotel when it opened and then it wasn't properly maintained and now it is quite tired. I suppose there marketing pictures were taken back then and don't represent current state of the hotel. I guess, the price reflects that, as other hotels with 5 star rating in this area would be more expensive. My air con didn't work - reported it twice. After 2nd time it started to work only on hot setting with the lowest temperature of 25°C. No robes provided in the room, even though it is stated in description (I didn't bring mine because of that). No robes provided in the SPA either - they get you to wrap in a towel instead. SPA is very tired, grotty and scary-looking. Could be a setting for some Harry Potter scenes. However, the Massage and Hamam performed in the SPA are excellent - they have very good Therapists. But the environment is far from a SPA in a 5 star hotel standard. Half of the equipment in the Gym is either broken or unsafe to use (e.g. partially cracked weights and rusting cable machines). The gym itself is very dusty. I liked the main pool and the beach, enjoyed free rides on banana and other inflatables. Food in the restaurant is pretty much the same every day but in a very good variety, so you can choose to eat something different every day. The staff are 5 star people - genuine, friendly and always willing to help. Great team. Location is very good - in a quiet area yet right on the shore and close to town center.

Needs a complete overhaul. Room was spacious. Bed very comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space. Furnishings need to be updated. Good shower but some form of anti-slip needed badly. We had a large balcony with very old furniture that we wouldn’t use which was a pity. Garden badly needs attention. The entertainment area is outside so blaring music up to midnight & beyond kept us awake. Restaurant was kept very well & staff were terrific. Food was usual all inclusive type which didn’t suit my husband so we used local restaurants towards the end of our holiday for dinner. The sand on beach is shingle/Stony which we don’t like. The jetty is lovely & sunbeds ard good. However we won’t return. Great for young families if they don’t mind very loud music.

Otel genel olarak fena değil. Ancak giriş sırasında neredeyse 1 saat odanın hazırlanması için bekletildik. Otelin yemek çeşitliliği son derece iyiydi ancak lezzet konusunda ortalamanın altında. Otel açık deniz kıyısında oldugundan biraz dalgalı bir sahile sahip. Bunun yanında, şahane bir gün batımı vardı. Bu yüzden özellikle akşam yemeği zamanında romantik bir ambians oluşuyor.

Чудове місце для відпочинку. Єдиний недолік -- надто гучна музика до 24-ї години. Усе решта -- одні переваги. Їжа і напої ледь не цілодобово. Усе чудової якості. Чудове море поруч -- є і пляж і містки. Захоплюючий вид на море. Навіть в 3-ю декаду вересня тут комфортно і чудово відпочивати.

Nice hotel close to beach and resort
The hotel itself was very good - buffet a bit samey but you get that with all inclusive - however they did have three a la carte restaurants which you could choose to eat from and were very good. Red wine very good - white wine not so good but plenty of spirits even local 'Baileys' which was very nice. Our room was in the 'select' part of the hotel on the 8th floor - fantastic view with glorious sunsets every evening and nice and quiet. Our second time at this hotel and looking a bit tired now - could do with reburbishment in some areas but on the whole a very good holiday and weather was perfect.

rezervasyondan farklı bir oda konakladık. kapı kilidi için 3 kez teknik servis geldi. plaj havlusunu bile değiştirirken sorun oluyor. eski bir otel izlenimi verdi. yemek kalitesi zayıf idi. asansörler hep arıza uyarısı veriyordu. 5 yıldızlı bır otel izlenimi yoktu. aquaparktakı cankurtaranın samimi ve içten gayreti tatlı bir anı olarak kaldı. çocuğumuzla özel olarak ilgilendi. orta sınııf bir konaklama izlenimi ile ayrıldık

Definitely not a Five star Hotel
This was my 7th and FINAL visit to this Hotel. The location and view can't be faulted. The rooms with a view are adequate, however the rooms without are not pleasant to stay in ie at rear of hotel. The food was bland and repetitive and most days cold as left uncovered which is also very unhieginic. It wasn't until the final day that covers were used on the food and this was due to the amount of complaints. The Fish restaurant and the Sunset Bar which make this hotel were both closed allegedly to to the windy conditions. Granted it was windy for 4 days out of 11 however the sunset bar has been left in a mess with overflowing ashtrays empty glasses left all over dirty tables and looked not to have been open for weeks. There are no water sports as advertised however there has been in the hotel on past visits. 95 % of the staff are inattentive, The select bar constantly ran out of drinks, mixers and ice and when they had gone the staff would not get anymore from the other bar close by. They would just say tomorrow. The select restaurant is no longer open for served breakfast or lunch. The Hotel response was the doors are open and you can take your own food in, however that is not 5 star service and never happened in the past. The select bar closed 30 to 45 minutes early most days because the barman was needed elsewhere to help the chef. This spoilt the last hour of the day relaxing in the sun on the jetty watching the sunset with a drink. POOR SHOW overall!

Hallo, dass Hotel ist in direkter Strandlage und mit guter Animation. 10min Fußweg bis zu ein paar Geschäften und Bars. Achtung: Die Bilder sind alle vom schönen neuen Hotel, jedoch erfolgte die Unterbringung im alten Nachbarhotel. - Zimmer wurden nicht gewischt bei unserem Aufenthalt (Sonnenschutz und Fußabdrücke eine Woche auf dem Boden) - 1x gar kein Zimmerservice (keine Handtücher) - Dusche komplett undicht und lies sich nicht schließen - 2 Tage nur kaltes Wasser im Bad - am letzten Tag kam der Duschkopf uns endgültig entgegen - Mini-Balkon mit Ausblick auf die Hotelwand... - Mini Fernseher - Kein Bier in der Minibar - 2 Tage Katzenhaufen im Hotelflur (Ekelhaft) Das Essen hingegen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich! Allerhöchstens kann man hier 3Sterne Minus geben aber NIEMALS 5!!! Schlechte bis keine Englisch Kenntnisse im Hotel. Sehr nette Einheimische!!

Nice hotel
I loved the hotel, the a la carte restaurants were great. We really enjoyed our time there. Our room was good with an awesome view. That being said the our bathroom did not smell good. I think there was something wrong with the pipes that we had to call every morning and they would fix it!! The other downside to it was that not everybody speaks English so that made communication a little hard, but everybody was super friendly and helpful. Overall, I recommend the hotel.

The resort in general was nice, and there is heaps to do. I liked the animation program, which includes some social activities , that was running every day. The food and buffet restaurants were good too, I can't complain. The only thing that we weren't quite satisfied with was the service that was not what you expect from a 5 star hotel. However, I noticed that the quality of service in most of the places I went in turkey, wasn't really satisfying.

Gli spettacoli serali PENOSI e non al livello nemmeno di un 3 stelle. Il team di animazione svogliato e poco motivato. Il servizio dei camerieri, invece, di buon livello. Le camere discrete anche se il rifacimento della stanza si limitava al piegamento delle lenzuola e non certo a rifare i letti.... Mai visto in un 5 stelle! Giudizio finale: ci siamo trovati bene ma ci aspettavamo DECISAMENTE di più

Disappointing, no where near a 5 star resort.
The beach and the general upkeep of the hotel are the only good points about this resort. We found the staff unapproachable and rude as they all spoke to you in Turkish first. If they didn't understand what you were asking they would say 'I don't know' and hang up the phone. We were spoken down to at the reception when we asked to have our room changed. This resort is definitely not worth the price.

Attention !!! Don't even think of this hotel
We decided to stay for 5 nights during public holiday in Turkey. But, we experienced the worst holiday we ever had. Hotel facility and design are good but the management is extremely bad. İ strongly suggest you to think several times before you go this place. Hotel personnel is totally out of control, they do not feel any duty or any professionalism against hotel customers. As Turkish is my native language, believe me that they do not carry any respect against to themselves, to their celleques or to hotel guests. We spent too much time and energy to receive service we deserve which was really impossible effort. Cleaning and hygenic conditions at rooms, restaurants, beach etc. almost every where in hotel were totally unacceptable. Lots of examples can be listed here but one was enough for me; housekeeper lady was washing mob that she was using to clean room floors by putting into swimming pool !! İ can go on to write about management of this hotel but they do not even deserve such a long feedback. İ just write this feedback to warn other people and i have no interest at all to support hotel management with any ideas. İ believe they should start from the beginning to work on whole service chain. To me, this hotel shall not be rated as "5 star". During our stay, our "dream" was to finish 5 nights as soon as possible and turn back to our home.
