We do ask that our guests keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb others and are disappointed if you experienced any inconvenience from the McDonalds drive thru. There are a small amount of portable heater/fans available from reception on request and we would have been pleased to provide you with one. I am sorry that the accessibility wasn't good and we do try our best to allocate ground floor rooms for guests if required. On busy occasions this may not be possible but please feel free to contact the hotel in advance and we can allocate a room for you if you would like to stay again. Reception do have a small number of portable heaters with a fan setting on them available at guests request and we would have been pleased to offer you one of these to help.
