The unit is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Other than the already mentioned amenities, our home is also equipped with:

Our standard check in time is after 4pm and checkout time is at 10am. If you require an early check in or late checkout, the earliest we allow for check in is 12pm and the latest we can allow for check out is 12pm. An early check in/late check out may be done for an additional charge of $35 to accommodate for our cleaners. Please inform us at least one day in advance if you wish to arrange for this service. Otherwise, there will a flat fee of $500 for delayed checkout. We also do not allow any guests with a criminal background into our property.

We have a ZERO-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. We reserve the right to terminate your stay if there is any violation of these rules. At no point in time should the number of individuals present inside the suite go beyond the guest count that was reserved. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise monitoring sensor to detect the noise level inside of the suite and surveillance cameras at the front door outside of the unit for security.

While we do not anticipate the need, in the event of repeated violations, we may have to involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our community and our efforts to be a considerate neighbor.

We have noise monitors installed in our unit (it does NOT record sounds or conversations), it measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee.

For units that permit pets: Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation cancelled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required PER pets:

1-7 Nights: additional $25/night
8-29 Nights: additional $200
30+ Nights: additional $300
