Upon our arrival there was approximately 4 squares of toilet paper left on the roll along with a nasty smell of seafood and marijuana in the room. When asking for a roll of toilet paper from the front desk, they didn’t have any and had to send someone with a roll…30 minutes later. An hour into our stay the fire alarm was going off and we had to evacuate…not that anyone told us to because there was no staff to be found. When we woke up there was also zero coffee cups for our in room coffee maker. This was probably the worst experience we’ve ever had in a hotel.

Good Day Malissa I would like to start off with my sincere apologies. I have addressed these concerns with housekeeping department, front desk and maintenance . The fire alarm was set off by a guest which is out of our control, we have to put safety above everything with matters like this. The staff was investigating the alarm to ensure there was no great danger. I greatly appreciate your insight and I will be sharing this review with all my staff so we can improve and keeping striving for better customer service and guest experience. I do hope you will consider giving us another chance in the future so we can give you the experience you deserve.

Good Day Edward, I would like to sincerely apologize to you for your experience during your recent stay with us. We are in the middle of some minor renovations and this is inexcusable. I will be doing a full investigation and using this review for improvements and more training with staff. I greatly appreciate your feedback and I do hope you will consider giving us another chance in the future to provide you with outstanding customer service and the guest experience you deserve.
