pas terrible
hotel tres cher, ne vaux pas le prix paye (200 euros la nuit sans le petit dejeuner). j' avais envoye un mail la semaine avant mon arrivée pour avoir un refrigerateur et un four a micro onde dans la chambre, j' ai reçu une reponse favorable, mais à l' arrivée la chambre attribué n' en avait pas....... mais bon j' ai d emandé et on nous a changer de chambre. il ni avait qu' une prise de courant sur 2 qui fonctionnaient, donc soit on regardait la télé, soit on se faisait un cafe mais las les 2 en même temps.......hotel tres vieux

Ici on paie le lieu. On le sait. Le motel est typique du Montana, nous avons beaucoup aimé, un peu vieillot mais c’est l’endroit qui veut ça. Tout le confort est présent pour visiter le parc de Yellowstone durant plusieurs jours.

motel très quelconque pour le prix du à l'affluence touristique, à ce niveau de prix 185€/nuit , les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur des attentes établissement vieillot, bruyant (départ de cars très matinal), les chambres pas toutes équipées de frigo et de micro-ondes... wifi lent, bof

A l'entrée EST du parc de Yellowstone
Pour 5 nous avons à notre premier passage une chambre pour 10 et au deuxième passage une chambre pour 16 personnes. Hôtel honnête, sans confort particulier. un parking au pied des chambres. A l'entrée est du parc de Yellowstone.

Nous avons eu très froid dans la chambre,et l'air conditionné qui faisait office de chauffage était très bruyant en plus de ne pas bien chauffer. Et les chambres n'offrent pas toutes les mêmes services (frigo, petite cuisine, espace dans la chambre etc..)pour un prix qui est le même.

Hotel Yellowstone Country Inn
Nous avons réservé 2 chambres, pour 3 nuits. Dans l'une, la serrure fonctionnait mal, plusieurs éclairages étaient hors circuit, il n'y avait pas de chaise. Dans l'autre, plus vaste, il n'y avait pas de cintres. Plus grave et même inadmissible, la porte de ma chambre d'hôtel est restée grande ouverte toute une journée, au risque de se faire voler tous nos bagages, la personne ayant fait le ménage ayant oublié de pousser la porte et de la fermer en sortant !!! Heureusement, personne n'est passé devant la porte ouverte !!

It's an older property, and the door locks are hard to work. The floors are weak in spots, or at least it feels like it. The outside on the second floor really needs lighting. The tub gets slick and needs a friction mat of some kind. Having said all that, the beds are fabulous, and the sheet were really soft! Service for the rooms was excellent. Check in and check out were easy, staff was very friendly and helpful. Very easy access to Yellowstone, shopping, and dining.

I can't say enough good things about Chad , front desk person. He was incredibly friendly and helpful . But , the bathroom and sink area definitely need hooks . There isn't a place to hang towels . Also our room was at ground level and we could hear the floor above squeaking as the people were walking . Other than that we highly reccomend this facility.

It was good, had a few things to work on but I would stay there again (we stayed two days). Could use two table chairs rather than one - however there was some outdoor seating shared by all guests. It was a bit cold for that. The bed table needed to be smaller so the bathroom door could open all the way. Hey the bathroom was nice and upgraded, beds were comfortable. The hall light was not on making it hard to find your room and get the key in. The desk clerk was accommodating making sure when coffee ran out or you needed ice, he fixed you up. All together I rate it Good. and if it is good, that's what you want.

Website information was false. No coffee maker in the room. Office was not open at 7am for coffee. Coffee container was empty by 7:44 am. One chair in room for two people. TV channels were primarily sales promotion (QVC etc). No weather, news or movies. Poor room layout. Sink was separate from bathroom. No towels were available in proximity to sink. Complaints to desk personnel were met with “I’ll notify the manager”. This place sucks!!

It was o.k
It was a good location, the service was good but I rented 4 rooms but one of friends showed up early and checked in but they put him down in my name instead of his, and I needed the ground floor because my husband and I can't do stairs, but one of our other friends had a ground floor and he was nice enough to let us have his room plus the beds were one of the worst beds we ever slept on plus they don't have breakfast there either and they will give a card to get a 10 % discount to go somewhere else to get breakfast

What a dump!
I can’t believe we had to pay 200 dollars for a old, dilapidated dump of a room! The floor was so uneven that I had to be careful walking across it, and the carpet was filthy. The bed was so old that we sunk down in the middle. There was a small table (no chair) that was used to put a tiny refrigerator on so there was basically no place to put stuff on other than the small dresser that also had a cheap 32” TV on. Don’t stay here!

The room is average in appearance but the bed is súper comfortable. Most channels on the TV did not work. The bathroom was clean, there was a fridge and microwave in the room and it's close to dinning and convenient stores. Compare to the price in the area, it's good price and you will be able to rest and recharge for your next day's hiking.

Will visit again
Oh my! We were more than surprised at the room, cleanliness and service we received. Everything was great until we got up in the morning only to leave to find another guest had parked their car less than 10 feet from the door of our room. I am thankful that there was no emergency because that car would have been in the way to get out of the room or others to get it. That would be my only complaint.

Staff was pleasant and easy to work with. The Inn was clean as was the parking lot and grounds. However, there was never any ice available in the ice machine. The pillows were far too soft, and the sheets did not fit the mattress causing uncomfortable wrinkles, despite my efforts remake the bed.

Older building, very noisy at night. Ice machine did not work. Bed was uncomfortable. Noisy refrigerator. Water faucet loose and unpredictable on what temperature you get when turned on. Constant on fan setting did not work.

We booked a deluxe room with two queens to book-end our trip to Yellowstone NP. The first night was fine, but upon our return we were denied our room. They blamed Expedia. Receptionist didn't care and neither did the manager on call. I was unwell and in no position to find another place to stay. We were stuck with a so-called "double-double," which cost the same, according to their computer. It was a disgusting fleapit. It was tiny. We could hear the neighbors. There was one outlet. No fridge. No USBs. Hair in the bathroom. And to cap it off, my son and I got covered in bed bug bites - pictures available. Everything except the deluxe part of the Country Inn should be demolished.

A remodel would help.
The hotel is old and our room lacked adequate wall plugs. The room also lacked nightstands next to the bed. Sink was old and distressed. Old carpet. The desk attendant did locate an extension cord He was helpful, and pleasant.

Ice machine not working most of stay. Was told there was microwave and mini fridge in room and hotel desk staff looked shocked when I came back and told him it was not there. They had no availability to switch me to another room. People in room above us were inconsiderate and loud and 330 am. Place needs some serious upgrades
