It was what I expected for a cheap Ramada in a business park. I appreciated free on site parking. However when I checked in, I was given a key for a room that had someone in it. I felt horrible that I walked into someones room while they were asleep in bed. The front desk attendant didn't apologize or seem to care at all, she just gave me a new key to a different room.

I was bummed as i booked the rooms and added my partner's name as a guest, but at chdck in, they wouldn't add my Wyndham number stating my partner was the only one on the rooms amd that i booked 3rd party. When ive never bad this issue before. The hotel itself was really pretty.

Convenient location. I was able to walk to the bus stop and connect with the subway train. Very clean and friendly staff. I did not have a need for parking, but they have a large parking area.

The hotel was convenient for my business meeting. I was able to walk to the office. Hot breakfast was available for a very affordable price. Ample parking and coffee available 24 hrs.!!!

They didn't have enough blankets for all the rooms, there were mice and cockroaches in my room, the heater didn’t work well - couldn't get the room above 62 degrees and the fire alarm went off twice for no reason

The first room they gave me the toilet was broken. Spoke to the front desk and the person I spoke to did not even apologize, asked me to go downstairs and get keys for another room. The heat in the second room was not working well. Turned it up to 80 degrees but the room was still very cold.

첫날 숙소에 들어가자 냉기가 엄청났고 히터를 최대 온도로 올렸어도 파카를 껴입고 자야했고 그래도 밤새 추위에 몇번 깨어났고, 무엇에 물렸는지 발목과 손목에 빨간 자욱과 가려움이 시작되더니 1주일이 지난 현재까지 말끔하게 낫지 않고있음. 약국과 병원에서 알러지.가려움 완화 약을 먹거나 바른고 있음에도 지속되고 있음.

Non functioning toilet
I booked a one night stay at this hotel. The check in process was pretty smooth. After receiving my key, I headed up to the second floor. Unfortunately, my key would not work. I tried it multiple times and still the same result. I was quite annoyed because I had been driving for a while and really needed to use the restroom. I had to return to the front desk. The front desk attendant gave me a new set of keys. Once again, I trekked to the second floor. Thankfully, the keys worked and I headed straight to the bathroom. After relieving myself, I tried to flush the toilet only to realize it wasn’t working. I called the front desk and was placed on hold. After being on hold for at least 3 minutes, I hung up and went back to the front desk to report the issue. A different attendant was at the front desk. After explaining the situation to him he stated that he would call someone to look at it. I had an appointment and needed to leave so I asked him how soon the person would get there. His response was that he didn’t know and he’d have to call the person first to see when they were available. At this point, I requested a new room and he claimed he couldn’t assign me a new room until someone checked the toilet and it was resolved. I explained to him that I had to leave and asked if he could assure me that when I returned the toilet would be fixed or I’d be assigned a new room. He stated that he couldn’t make a decision until they examined the bathroom. I proceeded to leave.

Great Place To Stay
This is an amazing hotel. It will become my favorite when in Rockville, MD. The staff at the Reception is very helpful. Ms. Colonete gives the best tips and info. The omelettes, custom made to order, at the breakfast buffet are excellent. The room was outstandingly clean and so was the bathroom. I am definitely coming back. There is plenty of convenient parking. Easy to access from the Highway.

There were bed bugs! In my room so I left paid for 2 nights only stayed 1 I notified front office but the young man didn’t care he was on the phone. He wrote down the room number and said to call about reimbursing me

Sleep in your rental car, its safer.
Awful we arrived and checked in. We had been traveling so my daughter got ready to take a shower, and i was relaxing on the bed. The maintenance guy burst through the door without knocking or announcing himself, to replace the tv. There was loud people in the halls, yelling, knocking on doors. 430am there was an aggressive knocking at our door, i answered and it was the fire department. There was no alarm going off in our room, but we were to evacuate the building, We stood outside in the cold while the firemen and police searched the building. It was just people smoking in their rooms. In the morning we were charged for a horrible breakfast, and when we discussed our room with the front desk, she was more concerned with giving her number to a guy hitting on her. We went back up to the room, trash in the hallways, several drunken individuals carrying liquor bottles through the hall. Absolutely no one raising a concern. If you are going to let a full on party through the whole hotel, maybe let the guests who didnt sign up for that know. so we can find other accomodations next time. I dont recommend anyone stay here, its dirty, unsafe and no one cares about it.
