Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 2 adultes 2 enfants. Arrivés - fatigués - à l’hôtel vers 22:00, le manager à la réception nous a donné une chambre minuscule avec juste une lit pour 2 personnes. Je me suis énervé à la réception. Le manager me dit qu’il ne peut rien faire , à moins que je paie 500 bath additionnels par nuit. Ce que je refuse. Vers 24:00, Il a fini par comprendre et nous a donné une chambre avec un lit additionnel……mais juste à côté de la machinerie des systèmes de ventilation…autant vous dire que mes enfants, m’a femme et moi n’avions pas pu dormir . Hôtel est vieux. Tout se détache des murs : peintures, ….la salle de bain est salle (robinetterie plein de calcaire… Seul point positif : l’hôtel est bien positionné

Pire séjour de tout, c'est une honte pour Novotel
Le soir lorsque nous sommes rentrés dans la chambre (10ème étage), il y avait des CAFARDS derrière la télé. Il y avait des adultes et des bébés, même dans la salle de bain. Nous sommes directement allés à la récéption qui nous a demandé des photos, puis on nous a changé de chambre (au 7ème). En arrivant dans le couloir on voit un autre cafard, puis devant notre porte un cafard mort. Nous avons scruté la chambre et en avons trouvé "seulement 3". La receptionniste nous appelle ,et nous dit reposez-vous vous êtes fatigués on verra demain, s'il y en a à la porte c'est probablement qu'ils sont venus de la rue. Nous avons demandé a ne rester qu'une nuit, et ils ont refusé de nous rembourser la deuxième comme on avait Reservé sur hôtels.com Durant la nuit, de nouveau cafards sont apparus, il y en avait derrière les rideaux par terre, et la salle de bain avait une odeur de cigarette alors que nous avions demandé une chambre non fumeur. Nous n'avons presque pas pu dormir de la nuit! Le lendemain, la reception nous propose que la chambre soit nettoyée de fond en comble ou de changer de chambre: étant en déplacement toute la journée nous demandons à ce que la chambre soit fortement nettoyée. En arrivant le soir, aucun produit n'avait été mis, le ménage n'avait pas été fait et il y avait des cafards ENCORE ! La reception nous a rechangé de chambre, cette fois au 16ème à "l'etage premier".Il n'y avait pas d'insectes, mais il y avait des cheveux étrangers et d'autres points Neg. A FUIR!

Dear Valued Guest, We read with concern when learn that you found a cockroach in your room. This is atypical and we can understand your frustration. I have shared this matter to Rooms Division Manager, and therefore, a pest control team was called immediately and they had come in to exterminate the bugs. I can reassure you that we will not just do the pest control only once but we will keep monitoring closely and have pest control agent coming in to inspect each floor on a weekly basis. This ensures complete extermination is achieved. Notre réservation stipulait 2 adultes et 2 enfants 13&15 ans en sachant que les.enfants de moins de 16 ans partagent la chambre gratuitement dans les NOVOTEL. Une fois arrivés dans la chambre nous voici avec 2 lits jumeaux !! Et il nous propose de nous en ajouter un 3eme mais où dort la.4e personne ? La réception nous propose une autre.chambre mais moyennant des frais supplémentaires. Après négociation sans frais car l hotel n etait pas complet il nous installe dans une chambre composée dun lit double d'un sofa 1 place et ajoute 1 lit simple supplémentaire. Un peu a l'étroit mais nous y restons juste pour dormir. Petit déjeuner parfait varié et très complet Emplacement de l'hôtel en plein cœur de Siam square et a deux pas de.la.station de métro tres pratique en arrivant de l'aéroport.belle piscine Je recommande mais juste attention au nombre.de personnes qui occupent la chambre

Paid extra for the “new” deluxe room. mouldy wall and smell throughout my 4 days stay in my room. disappointed. Sound isolation is bad. can hear people walking past outside and door closing. Complained about the smell but no improvement. Staffs are excellent. Location is great. Lobby is a great place to chill and relax.

I've stayed at Novotel Siam Square for many years and been a few years since i've stayed here. It's good to see that the rooms were touched up. Convenience of this hotel is the best as it's right in the heart of Siam Square and just a bridge linking straight to Siam Paragon. It would be good that all floors are carpeted as the parquet flooring can be quite noisy with luggages and footsteps. Overall will still recommend and will return.
