Hôtel bling bling mais pas exceptionnel
Hôtel très luxueux mais le service laisse à désirer, choix du grand lit confirmé à notre arrivée mais au final 2 lits simples, cuisine dans la chambre mais aucune vaisselle, chambres non insonorisées, petit déjeuner pas exceptionnel, hôtel pas très bien placé, prix exorbitants au bar alors qu'en ville c'est dérisoire. Grosse déception.

Cliente fidèle chaque année, je reviens pour le quartier, la vue, la chambre spacieuse fumeur. Mais les services de l hôtel ont atteint des prix exorbitants. Je crois que cela aura été mon dernier séjour dans cet hôtel.

이번이 세번째 방문이지만 아주 만족합니다. 이번에는 강뷰에 라운지까지 해서 머물렀는데 정말 좋았어요. 비가 갑자기 너무 쏟아져서 밖에 못 나가는데 애프터눈 티를 마시고 있으니 라운지 사용해서 정말 다행이다 란 생각이 들더군요. 그리고 방콕 물가가 너무 올랐는데 거기 비하면 라운지 이용 가격이 참 혜자스럽다 생각되었어요. 조식도 예전처럼 막 음식이 흘러넘친다 정도는 아니었지만 한국인 입맛에 너무 잘 맞고 세번째 가는데도 처음보는 쌀국수가 있을 정도였어요. 브리즈 애프터눈 디저트도 참 맛있었어요. 다만 직원들이 크게 웃어주지는 않지만 딱히 불편함은 느끼지 않았습니다. 가격대비 정말 만족스러웠어요. 다음에도 또 오고싶어요. 조금 연식은 느껴지지만 이만한 호텔이 또 있겠나 싶습니다.

Séjour peu pas très agréable au Lebua
Chambre déclassée à l’arrivée 2 lit et non un king size. Pas de cendrier pour une chambre fumeur. Machine Nespresso et sèche cheveux HS. Caution de 5000 bath non re crédités le jour même . Il faudra attendre entre 7 et 14 jours et pour finir une Vodka à 1300 bahts doit 40€. Même le Palace Four Seasons a Paris est moins Cher 38€ avec petits mignardises salées et non des simples cacahuètes. À ce prix là j’aurai préféré passer ma première nuit dans un autre hôtel mieux placé et bien plus agréable.

Version covid peu agréable...
Hôtel que je connais bien. La version covid ne m a pas plus (plus de buffet au petit déjeuner, faut demander le housekeeping chaque jour, sinon...rien de fait). A noter également l'augmentation des prix room service (et modification du menu) et des food and beverage de manière générale. Les chambres restent impeccables, le service agréable.

Ms. Eek upgraded our room to 58th floor and Ms. Oum were very nice and friendly assisting us with top skills services. Ms. Oum (hotel guess relations officer) surprised us with chef homemade chocolate and macarons set for our Songkran Thai New Year upon our arrival. I always stayed at the hotel for the past few years now. All staffs were super friendly and top service skills. Loved the services, amazing breakfast options, pool and all the rooftop atmosphere was beyond amazing. The only thing I would say though this time stayed. It was a lot of pigeons in the buffet, food, and the pool areas. It was a little gross out due to pigeons in the dining area. We chose to sat inside this time due to prior pigeons experience outdoor. Also we stayed in the Suite 2 bedrooms on the 58th floor. I would say the laundry and dryer machines needed upgrades. Those were the couple things I would say improvement. Other than that I will always visit Lebua as our Bangkok hotel visit as our priority as well as vip guess.

I stayed at this property for two nights, and it was amazing! The hotel itself is gorgeous and pretty big. The staff are very friendly and helpful also. The only thing that could have been better was the bed, it was just too firm for me. Overall, I would definitely come back here!

Despite the generally excellent staff service, this hotel is in dire need of renovation and renewal. A lot of the furnishings, wall, carpets are badly worn and the hot water is unreliable. Nevertheless for what was charged I think this hotel is reasonably good.

My only complaint was there was a long wait to get the elevators to the high floor rooms in the evenings when the high-end restaurants on FL64 were open. Once we waited 15min for a free elevator. Recommend they have a dedicated guest elevator.
