Very good hotel, a lot better than I expected from a Holiday Inn. Located in a great spot near shopping malls and restaurants. It is about 4-6km from most attractions though.

The first day i checked in i found stained tissue paper and empty packaging under the couch.. during last day before i check out, there is no water supply at all.. i need to use the hotel supplied drinking water to brush my teeth.. there was no announcement or notice at all.. for a hotel of this standard it is rather disappointing.

It was an amazing stay, breakfast options were fantastic. Would have given 5 stars on everything, except that our room got really damp on one side of the wall, literally dripping with water if AC wasn’t on and very low.

Likes: - good location among major shopping malls and BTS - linkbridge to malls - friendly staff at check-in, Ginger resturant, concierge. - good ice latte at Ginger breakfast - 7-11 downstairs - shortcut to Big C Dislikes: - spoilt door lock - spoilt shower head and dirty/rusty rain shower head - inconsistent hot shower water - a bit moldy wallpaper - dark room entrance - just so happen had minor food poisoning from breakfast buffet. - traffic jam everyday...

Had a Wonderful Stay.
I choose this hotel for its convenient location from Chidlom BTS Station (which we use often), CentralWorld, Big C supermarket, Pratunam shopping and a short walk to Siam Sq area. We had a clean room and is quiet from the outside noise. However, the room is not that soundproof in between rooms as I’m able to hear the next door man’s voice. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. I really appreciate there’s iron and ironing board in the room and good quality room slippers are also provided. Hotel staffs are friendly and we also enjoy the breakfasts. Though not that many varieties after having similar food for 3 mornings but good enough for us. It’s our 1st stay at this property and we will choose this hotel again for our future Bkk trips.
