The airco is so old that when it turns on it feels like someone is doin the lawnmower in the room. Impossible to sleep with either the noise or the heatwave at that time of the year in the area.

I picked this hotel for it's proximity to the airport. It is about ~7-10 minutes from the airport without traffic. Shuttle runs 24 hours on the half hour. The hotel really needs to address the strong mildew/mold problem coming from the pool. Before the front desk agent even notified me that the pool would be closed, the smell hit me in the face upon entering. It also made me feel nauseous while working out. The location is secluded away from any walkable restaurants or stores so you are subject to the price gouging of sundries. Bring your own food, or try the restaurant. The restaurant did not take cash during my stay. Room seemed tidy, but not the cleanest, I did not feel as if my bedding was fresh.

Getting to the hotel was tricky. It’s tucked away. But once you figure it out, location is actually pretty decent, close to a lot of things. You need a car though. The walk from the hotel to food places is not one that I would consider safe because of the car traffic patterns. Rooms were clean, quiet. Housekeeping staff is wonderful. Netflix/YouTube apps didn’t work. We chose the hotel because we like Westin’s beds and it had a pool and hot tub. When we checked in, we were told that the pool and hot tub were closed and apparently had been closed for a month. There was nothing on the hotel’s website to state that, and we had checked before booking. But the front desk agent insisted it’s announced on the site. Couldn’t find it though when I asked to be shown where in the site it’s listed. Basically, the front desk lied and got caught in it. New cook in restaurant, and food was flavorless (service was excellent). Hopefully, will improve with time. sundries store had decent selection, very high prices for alcohol, and it does need to be cleaned. My kid picked up a butterfinger that was furry from all the dust on it. I don’t want to know how long that had been there. Gave it to the front desk for disposal, but it threw everything else on the shelves into question.

disappointed that this was a 4 star hotel, I’ve had a better time at ‘3 star’ places. there were no robes, the indoor pool was down, breakfast wasn’t included, room service options were lackluster (only chips or champagne) you have to pay quite a bit for parking everyday. just a meh stay, ill stick with my other hotels.

Stayed here during the recent storm as my flight was canceled. Great hotel. However the restaurant was not prepared for the storm. Couldn’t get a table, service or food to go. Even if you’re short staffed, don’t ignore me as I waited for 15 minutes.

New housekeeping management NEEDED
Not a good experience at all. I can get past the older paint and spotty walls and carpet trim. Lobby was clean. Our room was not stocked with basic supplies literally one bar of hand soap. The shower gel was 1/4 full as well as the small bottle of lotion as it had not been swapped out after the last visitor. The bed had blood on the mattress piss stains on both the mattress and protector which shows that the mattress and protector had not been inspected in a while. Very disappointing for the Westin brand!! I informed the front desk that I was checking out early and explained the issues all the man(also night auditor) stated was oh ok. Then I mention how poor the customer service was and asked to speak with a manager he says she’s not available so you can email her… I will not stay at this hotel every again and I want a refund for the extra night that I pre paid but had to check out due to the horrrible condition of the room.
