Chambre sans fenetre ne pas prolonger longtemps
Chambre bien situé, wifi gratuit, mais pas de chambre et c'est quand même un problème car on se sent très vite oppressé. Efficace pour les courtes durée du a son emplacement et son prix mais ne pas y rester plusieurs jours.

I have stayed here many times, but not in last 2 years. This property in general is quite nice but the bathroom has aged and was not cleaned properly and the air-conditioning was not cooling like it should. In saying this, the price was quite reasonable, the pool clean and inviting and the staff friendly and helpful.

Was an excellent stay at this hotel
I was really surprised to find the room was very clean and I noticed that all the finishes in the work were very professional! It was a King sized bed which I was only expecting a double, which was very comfortable and had a pleasant chat with the Hotel Manager who was very engaging and welcoming! The only thing I would change would be loungers around the pool!!

l have stayed here before and was very happy but this time l booked 2 rooms 1 for myself and 1 for a friend. Neither of us was happy with the first room in both rooms the AC did not cool and you could not watch any of the English TV channels. My friend ha already changed rooms and l asked to be changed too. Again the first room l was offered the AC did not cool and the English channels did not work the second room the AC cooled but still no English channel was clear to watch that was not a news channel. My friends room also had the same problem AC worked and only English channel you could watch was news. l was very disappointed especially after l had recommended this hotel. l cannot blame the staff the tried so hard to help but if they do not address the problems that English channels do not work it cannot be fixed. l do feel that because this hotel does not really cater for the English and mainly Indonesians it is not a high priority. Unfortunately l will not stay at this hotel again unless l am confirmed the problems with the English channels is rectified as l enjoy to watch a movie or 2 at the end of the day and this is not provided by this hotel. Also having to try 3 rooms to get an AC and TV that worked and still not having a TV that worked is not what is needed when you go on holiday and these things are advertised by the hotel but not supplied.

Pathetic Stay West of Money
It was not good at all. They have given Junior Suite Room at the price of Suite Room. And Non of the AC are in working in any suite room, I have checked all personally after this all manager less bother even to meet us. All Amanities provided in room are to old need to change, Towels and Napkins are all turns Yello even not washed properly. Even no proper Lighting in to the room, Badsheet, Pillow Covers, Blancket all turns very bad not clean at all. After this I will never ever stay with Rivavi Fashion Hotel.

When I arrived receptionist was on the phone for 10 minutes and didn’t acckmowledge me at all. First room I was in the door lock didn’t work, moved rooms to a room that smelt of smoke with no window. The bins were rusted through with holes in. Ants in the room. Somebody running about ringing doorbells on the hotel rooms. My phone rang at 5am.

Close to shops but that’s all it had going for it
Everything broken - the safe had to be fixed the door had to be fixed. Aircon worked but not cold at all. Towel rack hanging off wall Very dirty- the floor under bed never been cleaned, it even had a empty water bottle under there which did not move in my nine day stay. Mouldy bathroom and sick. Marks all over the walls. It is due for a serious upgrade and needs the rooms to be cleaned properly.

centraal gelegen in Legian op loopafstand van het strand De kamers waren stoffig en vies vooral achter het bed Slecht onderhoud Upgrade naar kamer met balkon op t zwembad Mensen die al om 6 am aan het zwemmen waren , veel geschreeuw terwijl vanaf 8 uur pas gezwommen mocht worden. Op balkon lagen peuken en vuil. De foto’s op de site zien er mooier uit dan ik werkelijkheid

The location is great is a 5 minute walk from the beach and near lots of restaurants and bars and shopping. Over all the room wasn't that great, when we arrived the room was dirty and dingy, the restroom lights flickered and the faucet was leaky. We stayed at this hotel for about 3 nights and the faucet leaked the whole time the bathroom floor was constantly full of water because of the leaky faucet and we constantly had to use our own towels to soak up the water.

This place was horrible but in a good location. AC didn't work at all. The halls are all open air so using an AC doesn't help. And I found the attached picture in my bed!! Call the health department as obviously my sheets were never changed! And the staff didn't care when I showed them what I found. That is more than disgusting and they need to be shut down. Many other options in the area.

I am completely disappointed with this hotel. The towels were grey and falling apart. The shower leaked constantly. The bathroom flooded everytime you had a shower. The hot water worked when it felt like it. The air con was left on 16 and it still felt like 24 in my room. My sheets had to be changed when we got there as they were dirty. Never again.

We stayed for 9 nights and had no hot water dirty sheets and towels limited toilet paper and our bathroom flooded because the taps leaked. The toilet in one room wasn’t attached to the floor., and nobody understood English.

Loveliest staff and very clean!
Apart from our room being a bit dim and dark with no natural light, the staff were always pleasant and timely with housekeeping. Even if we refused housekeeping in the morning, they would return in the afternoon/evening to clean our room. Overall the polite staff made the stay 10x better.

Ich habe Delux Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht. Das Frühstück ist mehr an die lokalen Touristen angepasst.Das Schwimmbad, das inder Mitte des Hotels befindet, benutzte ich kaum. Jeden Tag mache ich eine private Rundreise.( Auto + Fahrer ca.EUR25,- pro Tag ca 10 Std + Benzin und Tips ) Insgesamt konnte ich in dem Hotel gut schlafen und geniesse mein Urlaub mit privat Touren.

On checking into our room, broken balcony door, blocked washbasin in the toilet, bathing tub absolutely not safe when hitting the shower, depressing ambience. The smallest lift I have ever been into. The most disgusting place I have ever checked into and the staff are allright but can't understand even basic English. Total thumbs down.

Great location, near to everything you want
We were booked into a superior room but they had a promotion for the deluxe and the space made all the difference. The king singles were comfortable and clean (though one of my sheets had a dried blood spot on it - clearly been there through many washes). The TV worked but half the channels were a bit staticy. We had to constantly ask for more toilet paper and towels, even though they'd already made up our rooms. Our key card kept demagnetising when it was near our phones (but as we found out, only if it's directly next to it for a long period of time - not a complaint, just a heads up). There was some kind of accident with the pool a few days before we left, so we couldn't use the pool at all. They were great about letting us have a late check out (and an even later one for AUD$20, as we had a midnight flight home) and sorting out transport to the airport was really easy. Our electronic safe didn't work so they gave us a key to use instead. We opted not to have breakfast there, and instead spent our mornings at the amazing Coffee Corner straight across the road. If you're looking for a place to sleep that is close to everything, it's perfect. But for anything else keep your expectations low.

SEEK FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANCE BUT REPLY TO SENT MAINTENANCE TEAM TO LOOK INTO PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY BUT NO ONE TURN UP AFTER LONG WAIT. AFTER MAINTENANCE STAFF HAD SECURE THE DOOR BUT WHEN WE RETUR, THIS TIME WE FOUND DOOR CANNOT BE OPEN . The staff were accommodating and courteous. They also attended to some of our immediate needs.The rooms were big that I wish they could have utilized the space for more storage or closet. Since my sister and I were on the topmost floor, we could hear the sound of the water pump and we could hardly sleep at night. if If you are not particular about noise, this hotel is good enough.

First, the wifi was a joke. We could hardly catch it in our room and we had to log on with password every ten minutes. It might depend on the room, since we could get somewhat better wifi in the hallway. A little run down hotel, but nice beds. A very lively area, but not good for beaches. Look up Kuta beach before you go for info. Okay breakfast buffet.

*Breakfast just simple rice, soup, coffee n tea, cornflakes or koko crunch.. No egg, no variety of protein only one.. For 50k idr per head.. What daa??? * toiletries just shampoo and bath gel, no toothbrush no toothpaste no face towel no hairbrush no soap *built-in bidet, no external except shower.. *As Malaysian, i just recommend this hotel for it halal's food served only, but it's a very2 simple and not worth for 50k idr per person, at least they have egg station that worth in 50k idr..
