Belle intérieur contemporain dans cet endroit incroyable minutes en voiture de SoCo, Downtown, ACL, & SXSW. Marchez jusqu'à SoLa Eateries Café ou Bars! Grand lit Queen peut accueillir confortablement 2. WiFi, télévision par cùble et 1 place de parking réservée.

Entrez dans un salon confortable et étonnamment décoré avec un style contemporain relaxant qui comprend un canapé L, une chaise de lecture confortable et une télévision murale de 50 pouces. Le plan d'étage est une grande utilisation de l'espace et est idéal pour socialiser ou regarder la télévision.

Marcher dans la cuisine, profiter et tout le confort d'une petite mais entiÚrement fonctionnelle cuisine. Vous allez adorer faire le café et le petit déjeuner et manger des repas ou planifier votre journée sur la table à manger!

La chambre dispose d'un lit queen avec des draps confortables et un ensemble d'oreillers, et a une belle fenĂȘtre pour la lumiĂšre naturelle et un miroir mural de l'autre cĂŽtĂ©. Il y a deux tables de chevet avec lampes qui sont parfaits pour la lecture de nuit. Il y a une grande penderie qui est un grand espace pour ranger les bagages, et a aussi des cintres pour accrocher des vĂȘtements, fer et planche Ă  repasser, et du matĂ©riel de nettoyage.

La salle de bain est joliment finie avec des planchers de tuiles, des comptoirs de vanité en granit et a une grande baignoire combo taille. Les lumiÚres de vanité au-dessus de l'évier sont parfaites pour se préparer et sont vraiment lumineuses.

L'unité entiÚre n'a pas de tapis et est chaussée d'un grand stratifié de grain de bois ou de carreaux. Cette unité est au deuxiÚme étage et à proximité du parking et de la rue, donc c'est trÚs facile d'entrer et sortir. Les clients obtiennent une place de parking réservée et il y a aussi un parking disponible dans la rue. Passez une bonne nuit de sommeil avec un matelas confortable!

Cette unitĂ© est professionnellement nettoyĂ©e aprĂšs chaque invitĂ© vĂ©rifie! Si d'autres listes ne facturent pas de frais de nettoyage, alors ils nettoient eux-mĂȘmes ou pas du tout! Nos frais de nettoyage vaut chaque centime!

Great Location in South Lamar

This is a nice location with easy access to much of Austin; and the manager is reachable to appease the various issues that can come up. Highly recommended.

Freshman Orientation

This little place was perfect for me to stay in while my daughter attended Freshman Orientation at UT. It was close enough for it to be a quick drive, but far enough away that I didn’t have to deal with major traffic. The neighborhood was perfect for early morning & evening walks and convenient to anything I needed! The owner was very helpful and communicated well. Pictures are from an early morning walk and a cute park a couple of streets over.

Clean and well stocked with everything you need

The apartment was excellent! It was clean, it had a smart TV with an hdmi cable, a USB-a charging block, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need (coffee maker, air fryer, pots, pans, cuttlery, water filter, coffee cups, wine cups, bowls and plates, etc), the bed was comfortable, there were extra blankets to sleep on the couch, which was also comfortable. The location was a short drive to the center of austin, and right next to South Lamar, which has plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. I will definitely rent this room again if I every come back to Austin.

Great Communication and Clean

Enjoyed my stay here during a long weekend with one of my friends. It is a cute and clean place to stay. I had one issue during the stay not related to the actual rental but it was taken care of quickly and excellently!

Safe, clean, comfortable stay in SoLa

The property was well maintained and the bed was very comfortable! Check in process was easy, and the neighborhood was very close to great breweries and restaurants. We highly recommend this lovely SoLa stay!

When we arrived keypad was easy to use. Place was extremely clean the most clean place I’ve ever stayed at. The chairs where a little wobbly from use. Also the water pressure was not great but not awful. Very quiet peaceful and as posted. Would definitely recommend it’s close to everything and the school.

Austin South Lamar

We stayed at the property for nine nights; we found the location to be pretty good with lots to do up and down South Lamar St. The amenities were all functional, and the layout of the suite was very good for relaxing. It was as advertised and would recommend it to others if the location works for you vs the busier downtown area. The host was communicative and left us to our own which we prefer as well. Excellent location with potential for more

The location is excellent, within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Parking is included which is a nice perk. Communication with the host was also easy and quick. For the price, this is an excellent choice. I wanted to give them 5 stars but there is room for improvement: 1. Water pressure is bad. Water is warm but the water pressure leaves a lot to be desired. Simple fix with a new shower head. 2. There was an odd smell of musk or lack of circulation when I arrived, perhaps a candle or deeper clean could eliminate that odor. 3. No in unit laundry. While there is onsite laundry I honestly thought it was in unit. Perhaps it was my mistake, nevertheless be aware it’s not in the unit or free. Overall I think a 4 is a fair review. If the two items above are addressed this could easily be a 5 star location.

Perfect for a short stay

The condo was well kept, clean and well equipped. It was in a nice quiet neighbourhood not far from shops and restaurants and was in a good location for visiting other parts of the city. If I could have given 4.5 stars I would have but we arrived late at night to no wifi which meant no means of contacting Tobin. Luckily a neighbour helped us out the following morning and when we messaged Tobin he replied that the router was broken. It would have been nice to know that when we arrived and to be given alternatives to try. Tobin responded to both my messages but the lack of wifi was a problem for us.

Family Wedding

My daughter and I came in for a family wedding. We had a packed 4 1/2 days. The property was clean and easy to find. We didn’t need a lot of space since we basically just slept there and ate breakfast. Tobin was easy to work with.

Relaxing stay close to everything

The condo was very clean and cozy, the perfect size for the 2 of us. Tobin sent me all the information beforehand so the check in process was a breeze. The location is close to pretty much anything you could need or want, yet in a nice quiet neighborhood and complex, which makes it the perfect rest and relaxation spot after a day on the run.
