Décevant
Chambre des années 80, pas de service de nettoyage pendant notre séjour, moquette très sale, même pas il passe l'aspirateur. Obligé de demander des serviettes et papier WC. Très bruyant, on entend les voiture passer sur la route à 30 mètre de l'hôtel même les autres clients qui parlent dans le couloir. On faisait nous même les poubelles et le nettoyage de la salle d'eau. Le restaurant n'est pas mal, que des plats indiens et les lits sont confortables. C'est dommage l'emplacement est bien pour se rendre dans différents centres commerciaux et pas loin de l'aéroport.

Le parking est à côté de l'entrée avec un porche permettant de décharger les bagages à l'abri en cas de pluie et l'accueil est agréable. Point négatif, la chambre était au premier étage et il n'y avait personne pour aider à monter les bagages par l'escalier, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Chambre et literie était correct mais la salle de bain laisse à désirer avec un carrelage de douche pas net du fait d'un manque de nettoyage efficace pour faire disparaitre toutes traces de saleté ou calcaire. La poire de douche laissait couler 4 gros filets d'eau et un cinquième sur le côté par manque d'une pièce laissant un trou béant. L'hôtel étant situé à un carrefour, beaucoup de bruits de circulation jusque tard dans la soirée. Gênant quand vous devez vous lever à cinq heure du matin pour aller à l'aéroport. Peut être dû à la position de notre chambre dans l'hôtel. Nous éviterons cet hôtel à l'avenir.

Très bien pour un transit
Hotel parfait pour un transit à Auckland. Il y a une navette gratuite qui vous prends à l'aéroport et vous ramène, toutes les 30 minutes : très pratique. Sinon pas grand chose autour de l'hôtel si vous n'êtes pas véhiculé. Très bon wifi.

We only stayed here because we were flying out the next day and wanted some place near the airport with a free shuttle. Even though the hotel is close, the shuttle makes a loop to other hotels in the area so it will take you between 30 to 40 minutes. Our room was okay, not anything to write home about.There is a certain smell. I think smell comes from the restaurant directly below. The smell was a combination of ethnic food and cleaner. What I found strange was that the doorknobs on all the doors (closet, bathroom, and front) were very low. Even the sink was very low. And I'm a short person. The hair dryer also had a crack so when you're using it, it sucks your hair and may possibly burn your hair. I forgot to mention it to the front desk. Customers should be aware that the hotel is renovating the entire first floor rooms and is therefore not accessible for anyone who cannot use stairs.

I booked and prepayed for a room with a queen bed and a twin bed and had emailed with the hotel prior to our stay and made arrangements for a baby crib to be put in our room. When we arrived we were given a room with only a queen bed. We asked the front desk staff to fix the issue and they were short and said they were fully booked and there was nothing they could do about the issue. I then asked about getting a baby crib and they told me they do not have any!! I asked them for 2 more towels and they told me they could only bring me one extra. The hotel was also not the cleanest and it was not a good overall experience there. Would not reccomend!

We didn’t love staying here. There was no milk provided for tea. When we dined in the in-house restaurant our food wasn’t cooked properly. No soap provided in shower (there was body lotion) Staff were very friendly and efficient but didn’t love the facilities.

The room door knob was about ready to fall off. The bathroom reeked of urine like there was no pee traps on the drains. The floors in the bathroom were greasy afraid to take my shoes off. Carpets in the corridor was not clean. Bed was clean and comfortable.

So convenient for drop off at airport. Clean and spacious room at a very good price. We dined in the restaurant...the food was great. An itemised receipt would have good. Staff helpful and attentive. Nice surroundings. We'll definitely stay again.

Check in went smooth, got to the room… put the key in to unlock the door. Key got stuck inside the door had to Jimmy it out. Can get passed that. We then walk into the room to lay our stuff down. We go to check on the “rain shower” as described in the description for the room, the bathroom door wasn’t secured to the door properly so the door handle was loose and more difficult to turn. There was in fact no “rain shower” and just a standard shower head. We also notice the tap was dripping. Tightened the tap as much as we could and couldn’t stop it from dripping, I then naturally needed to use the toilet as I’d come off the plane not long ago… I lift the seat up and it’s broken and not secured to the toilet. To top it off there is no internet. However the bed was comfortable. I did address the staff about my issues and came to the conclusion that we would check out early and get a refund for the second night as the rooms condition wasn’t fit for purpose.

The children in the restaurant was frozen in the middle when I went to eat it, it was taken back then cooked through, this could be very dangerous with getting food poisoning

Good price at $95 or so, but a few niggles. Was not offered a wifi password at check in, and could not find Sky on the tv at all. Lovely crisp linen and good air conditioning. A very bright light at night right outside my room which lit it up despite the two blinds. Was not given cutlery or napkin at dinner, and a can of coke was $5 in the restaurant, but $3 in the vending machine just outside the door. The wedges are plain with sour cream. An option with cheese and bacon as well would be better. The oil in the fryer might also need to be changed as the wedges had that taste. Great free bus service to the airport and very friendly staff. Room very clean and bed very comfortable. The gardens outside were messy but it looks like they are being renovated.
