Good hotel 3 stops away from central Munich

The hotel is an apartment-hotel. We're a family of 4 and we're assigned a family suite. Our 2 daughters (6 & 3) slept on the sofa bed whilst we had the queen sized bed. Both beds were comfortable. If you wish, you can pay for a additional 'roll-a-away' bed, I think the room could accommodate it - but it does add significantly to the daily cost. The room itself is very clean, good decor, and a great kitchenette (fridge and freezer, hob, microwave, sink) with plenty of cupboard space. The wardrobes and drawers are more than ample for a week or more away for a family of 4. The room has an electronic safe for you valuables. Breakfast is excellent, hot and cold options are catered. An underground car park is available which is safe and clean. The hotel connects to it's sister hotel (the courtyard) which shares a restaurant that provides dinner options, which we didn't utilise. The staff are great and helpful. The reception area has a mini-mini market where you can buy water, soft drinks, beer, microwave meals - which really is only an emergency option.
2 Lindl's are 5 minutes away - one is next to the train/S Bahn, U Bahn, Tram station - Ostbanhof (turn right from the hotel), the other is around the block, turn left.
The hotel is 3 stops away from Marieplatz (central Munich for tourist), but personally, take the tram instead (# 19), it's much more pleasant and you get to see the sights.
