Service was terrible- could not get a room I wanted as only smoking room available paid extra at hotel came to more than 500$ a night and housekeeping was NOT included- terrible! Personnel were not very nice or accomadating but the hotel and casino location and restaurants were great….

Hôtel central du Boardwalk et à proximité des Outlets. Les commodités du Ceasars ne sont pas idéales : petit casino, beaucoup de frais, accès à la piscine très dispendieux et limité. Cet hôtel n’a pas le luxe qu’on attend.

Nous avons une moto. Et aucom débarcadère pour nous. On doit alller stationner et emporter nos bagages du parking dans bugger. Et une attente de 30 min à la réception. Infernal. Et les chambre sont veille avec une odeur de vieux

A première vue nous avons bien aimé. Ce n’est que le lendemain, à mon retour à la maison, que le Caesars m’a surchargé des frais de 200$CAN et de 160$CAN sur ma carte de crédit. Après avoir appelé à l’hôtel, on m’a expliqué que c’était des frais normaux qui étaient chargés à tous les clients pour l’utilisation de l’hôtel. On ne m’a pas fournis de reçu et on ne répond pas à mes messages via l’application hotels.com. C’est une pratique très malhonnête de la part de l’hôtel et l’application hotels.com n’est d’aucune aide tant tout ça. Nous ne retournerons plus au Caesars et je vais probablement abandonner l’utilisation de hotels.com.

Des frais partout… on me charge plusieurs frais X (203$ 96$) sur ma carte de crédit, on ne me donne aucun reçu??? De plus, grosse déception pour la fameuse piscine. 50$ US pour pouvoir y accéder. Déjà que nous avons payer 600$ pour 2 nuits)… très ordinaire. Cela aurait été bénéfique de pouvoir AUMOINS profiter un peu de la piscine. Je ne reviendrai plus.

De passage à Atlantic City, nous sommes restés une nuit réservée le jour même de notre séjour. Notre choix s'est arrêté sur le Caesars parmi les offres proposées, en rapport avec notre budget et seduits par cet hôtel mythique. Mais rien d'exceptionnel. Propreté à revoir !

WOW ..Même si dans l'hotel des travaux étaient en cours. Nous avons passé un nuit superbe On nous a accordé une chambre suite et l'autre très spacieuse. Bon comme dans tout hotel dans les casinos pas de petits déjeuners. L'arrivée et le parking était un peu difficile

Sur votre site il est noté qu’il y a une piscine pour la famille et pas du tout ( mes enfants super déçu). Presque une heure de file pour le check in. Nous avons dû demander 3 fois pour avoir 4 linges de bain. La chambre était salle… pas nettoyée ( poussière, tache de soda sur une le pied du lampadaire, ça sentait l’urine sur le tapis…) c’est sur qu’on nous ne revivrons jamais plus dans cet hôtel!!! Sur la photo du site, il y a avait des fenêtres avec vue et nous nous sommes retrouver avec aucune vue!

Property was nice and clean room was nice bed was comfortable the shower has a leakage issue which is weird because we were in a renovated room. I didn’t like the very limited dining options they had. Everything seems to only be open on the weekends which isn’t fair for people who are there during the week. I had to always go outside the hotel for food which I feel if that’s the case might as well stay where all the food is. I probably won’t be returning.

We stayed in the CENTURION TOWER as soon as you step off the elevator you'll be amazed the view to the beach and the decor itself and once you enter you're room you'll be blown away. The room is designed very upscale. The hotel is very walkable you're right next to the outlets and it's a very good restaurant called salt and pepper very close to the hotel we ate there everyday and the prices are reasonable. Only downside to this hotel was it's only a ice machine and no microwave was in the room. But other than that me and my family had an wonderful stay.

We were only there for a night with my husband but we had a good time. The room was nice and clean with a comfy bed. The location is right on the boardwalk so that was nice. A good resort for the price we paid. We had a drink at the casino bar and I believe his name was Russell the bartender who was really nice and we had a good conversation with him. Overall a great stay :)

We stayed in the Ocean Tower in 1 of the properties newly renovated rooms, and it was a good stay. Room was spacious, updated to a modern look. The only thing I didn't like was the view, it was the view of the back of buildings. We were assigned a connecting room, something I don't recommend. The people connected to our room was loud and we heard everything that was said and done through the walls because they were thin. Other than that it was a good stay!

We loved the property. The rooms were very clean and well taken care of. The casino did not smell of cigarettes which was very nice. Overall we had a great experience with dining and our stay. Thank you!

For the price, it was surprising that it was truly nothing impressive. Even with an upgraded room, there’s no actual amenities included and the “discounted” amenities are questionable. Although renovated, the walls are still thin, noise should be a large consideration for staying. The furniture is rather odd, such a headboard thats also part of both nightstands as well as the bed frame— thus taking up half the room. We only logged on 2 devices yet were still charged daily for internet. Because there was only 1 window, the ocean view was also barely existent. The nicest thing in the room was the physical appearance of the shower, it had appealing gold details. The only true benefit is it’s general location, proximity to the convention center, and boardwalk/beach. Besides all that, just keep in mind you’re only paying for the location and not anything within the hotel. It failed to meet our expectations and was an average 3 star level at best. It was our first time staying and would only consider it again as a last option.

Room was decent for price. However the hot tubs, pool, and gym are for 18 plus only which would have been good to know when booking. Made the best of the trip with my 13 year old otherwise.

It was a really nice hotel! 24 hour cafe in the lobby which was nice. Definitely recommend staying in the newer rooms, the old ones were definitely outdated.
