It was decent. Outside had a good bit of trash. Looks like it was being remodeled. Once the remodel is finished it will be much better.

Only the shower worked, cord was cut from the blow dryer. Called for room service 2x never came had to go get the towels from them ourselves

Did not like the fact that when I turned on the TV, it started at the highest volume every time. Also there was a crack pipe on the trash can outside of the office, where the door handle had been broken. The base on the floor was partly fallen off the wall, I was even afraid to take a shower thinking muddy water would come out. Over all this place needs major remodeling.

The rooms say no smoking but all of them STINK of cigarettes smoke. We had to moved to another room due to cleanliness and even the next room was IFFFY!

Staff is fast and communicates well. I don't usually stay at one of these hotels. I prefer Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn, but this one was convenient for me.

There were roaches everywhere, all night. There was food, actual chunks of food on the ceiling, entire room crusted from many previous stays. I think maybe one outlet had worked. Most of the sockets look like they've caught on fire a few times. Can share photos on here? I never write reviews and ive stayed here a bit in the past but my last stay was absolutely one of the worst stays that ive been anywhere. $70 and for what?

The manager at the outlet was very nice and thoughtful. The hotel itself wasn’t really my cup of tea . I had a late flight in town I was just exhausted and the manager was the only reason I stay at the hotel. It is very outdated and reminds me of the motels from Miami

Room had roaches, towels had stains on them, people in the next room were banging on the wall and talking loud. No roll of toilet tissue. My stay there was okay. I don't think I will be back.

The Rodeway Inn & Suites
Has got to be one of the cleaner and very well kept hotels that i've stayed in for a very long time !! Did not see one single bug during my entire stay. There were only two negative points about my stay at Rodeway. One was the obnoxious noise that the bathroom exhaust fan would make when you'd turn on the light and fan and the other would have to have to have been finding the place, it was so tucked away that it was very hard to find !! Other than that I've no complaints about the hotel at all, was definitely one of the cleaner and bug free places I've stayed at !!!

Arrived and couldn’t even check in, lobby was closed and all lights around building were off. Called the property multiple times and they immediately failed. Checked into another nearby hotel and messaged Expedia about a refund. They said the hotel had seventy two hours to respond and when they didn’t, my refund was denied. Instead of recognizing that the hotel not responding was my initial problem, they used that as the reason I couldn’t get a refund instead. Only when I flipped it around and stated that Expedia is the one marketing a hotel that I couldn’t check into, did they allow the refund. Ridiculous process and definitely not a place to stay, you can’t check in even if you wanted to lol

I like the value and cleanliness of the room. It was worn and simply equiped but cleanliness was top notch. I had a great time taking a mental break from my normal predictable life.

I love this motel because the rooms are unique and spacious, but most of all, the staff is kind and courteous. Compared to the similar prices hotels in the area they are wonderful. Great price too. I have had no problem with roaches. I can walk to places to eat and the bus stop easily from here. Thanks for providing such a great place to stay.

Folks you need to avoid this property. Just a couple of highlights to illustrate why: The bath was the worst I've seen in years (and I travel quite a bit). Mold/Mildew literally everywhere (all tub stall walls, the floor, all over the shower curtain, even ingrained in the friction pad you stand on in the tub). The two attached tub pix are not the worst there was, just took two that were "average bad" as I was leaving. It was like they were -trying- to grow in that room. Filth: Wiped a hand towel across the laminate floor in front of the vanity where one would stand to use it just to see how bad it would be. It picked up wads of hair/black dirt/mold/who knows. Bugs: Two small roaches dying in room when I arrived. Two more appeared dying on the floor while I slept (one in bath and one by bed). Could write in detail about other major things wrong in this room, in short if considering this property just don't. No idea how it gets a decent rating online, if the room I was in is representative this Rodeway deserves to be booted by the franchisor and shut down by the health department. I stayed only because I arrived exhausted, crashed immediately, and didn't see most of the problems until the next morning. Most of the Roadways I've stayed in were in need of updating but were clean/well maintained. This one is well into the realm of "Never Never Again".
