Bien placé…
Hôtel bien placé… mais la ville est vide (en tout cas les 25 et 26 décembre). Le parc olympique est tout près CNN a déménagé (on peut encore voire l’intérieur, mais il n’y a plus d’activité) et Coca n’est pas loin… mais très difficile de trouver à manger et il n’y avait personne dans les rues (plein de parking… vide!) Sinon l’hôtel était correct, même si lla douche était mal conçue et inondait la salle se bain puis mouillait la moquette.

L’insonorisation n’était pas très bonne, j’entendais le bruit de la rue et ce même si j’étais au 7ieme étage. Il y avait des tuyaux d’eau qui faisait du bruit constamment lorsque quelqu’un utilisait l’eau dans l’hôtel. Lorsque je suis arrivé à l’hôtel à 17:30 ma chambre n’était pas encore prête, il a fallu que attendre jusqu’à 19:10 pour avoir ma chambre

It was a perfect place to stay after a concert at the Tabernacle. We felt safe and it was SO close. The hotel is small and rooms are small but it was perfect for our need. The breakfast was great!

My review would have been much higher if the hotel took care of my problem. It was a small room, but good and comfy beds, clean, shower was great, but it had a glaring problem - that the toilet is so close to the sink that the sink was literally touching my chest and i had to put my arm on the sink as there was no room - much less no way to wipe with my right hand. I complained via a review regarding this issue, and you would think a hotel might try to accomodate and see if there was a better room, but they just apologized and moved on, not caring less. I would expect more. The elevators were small and having issues as well. But otherwise, for this price point, was a good purchase - but for the toilet situation...

Showerhead was falling off, the sink water was plumbed backwards. They didn’t clean my room one day and didn’t take or empty the trash cans. There are no coffee makers in the rooms and they don’t keep coffee in the lobby. You have to go to a second floor mezzanine.

Where is the pride in your branding and product? To hold a deposit for a room at this property is a travesty. For what ? The rooms are in need of repairs and refreshing. Window treatments are broken, curtains are stain and dirty. I stayed in room # 724. It had a lovey view of the Ferris wheel. But I could barely see it , because the window was so dirty. Painting peeling , nicks in the wall . And the hotel had odor, and not a pleasant one. I know this will fall on deaf ears. Corporations are about dollar bottom line , not the customers . This customer won't be back. I will take my dollars elsewhere.

The elevator inspection are NOT up to date . My daughter and I got stuck in the elevator. Manager did even offer a discount or EVEN apologize for the inconvenience. This was one the worst stays.

The room was small, with a very small bathroom. One elevator was not working, and the other two elevators only fit 4 people. We were on the 9th floor, the closest Ice Machine was 5th floor. Checking in was awful. We arrived at 4 and was told the room real be ready soon. Waited one hour before room was ready, front desk person was rude and said 4:00 checkin is not guaranteed. There is not much room in front of the Hotel to drop off your luggage. You have to use the valet, unless you use a private parking garage around the corner.

first of all They didn't have the room ready. We arrived late at night and it was supposed to be ready at that moment . They changed our room twice to give us a “better” room. Yes, it was big but The TV didn't have cable. at the moment we reserved the app said that the parking was available and it is supposed to have one but you had to pay for it. The valet parking horrible!! we had to wait more than 40 minutes to have the car bqck to the lobby and we have to pay for it!! . no black out in the room. no hair dryer. I will not recommend it

This was the perfect location for visiting The Tabernacle. It was a very short walk around the block. The valet service was quick and efficient. I’m glad that we were on the 2nd floor and were able to use the stairs because the elevators were small and slow. One elevator was stuck in the basement. Other guests had long waits at the elevator. Check in and check out was fast and the staff was helpful.

Staff was helpful. Valet took a bit when leaving, but they were short staffed and it was explained that it may be a bit. The double queen room was nice with the Murphy bed and the two separate rooms. The convenience to State Farm Arena was nice.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! Not only did we not receive the room we booked for, but they also refused to give us the difference in the room prices. They then proceeded to try to put us in an even smaller room and the communication was horrible and nonexistent. The rooms do not look like the pictures and are a lot smaller than it looks. Will never come back to this hotel.

Made this reservation in order to have time to rest and get ready in the hotel room before a concert. Arrived about 30 minutes after check-in time and had to wait for 40 minutes in the lobby for a room to be available. Once we got to our room. Someone came into our room because, the desk had given them the key to our hotel room!! Serious management issues!

The property was clean and staff were helpful. My only complaint is with the valet service. We were there to tour two colleges and missed our first tour. We requested our vehicle 15 minutes before actually going down stairs but had to wait another 20 minutes or more before actually getting our vehicle so we missed our first scheduled tour. If you have plans in the morning add an extra hour to your leave time if you want to make it on time.

The beds were comfortable but barely bigger than a full size bed for two people. The toliet made a constant flushing noise all night long. Also, it got hot in our room so I looked around for the air conditioner. It wasn’t even working. I had to reset it and turn it back on to get some fresh air in there. My children loved the breakfast though and the staff were very friendly

Had to move rooms because in the first room the toilet lever broke and didn't work. In the new room, the bathtub dial for temp and water pressure was not working correctly, but I dealt with it. Plus the fixture where the water came out was coming loose from the wall, causing water to land right on the drain with a huge amount of pressure. This caused the bathtub to not drain correctly and start filling up with water as I was trying to take a shower.

Staff and Valet were very attentive and nice. The breakfast was very impressive filled with lots of good quality items! Rooms were clean as well.

Not the best experience. Staff were not good at communicating with each other and guests. The room had stains on the curtain, the toilet seat was broken, a used toilet paper roll that was just refolded, and the room was tiny.

Stayed here for the Publix race weekend with my family. The location is within walking distance to the Home Depot Backyard, which we needed. The staff was professional and attentive. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety of items. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was clean. It was also very quiet considering the location. The only slight issue was with the valet service. It took a while to retrieve my car and to have it parked. I most note the hotel was busy as there was also a Bronner Brothers convention and it seems like a lot of people were there for that event.
