The view of the ATL skyline was glorious from our room. I absolutely loved the pool. The indoor/outdoor feature was awesome. Water was warm and clear. Check in was horrible. I mean horrible. We were there at 4pm (check in) time. It was 7:40pm when we finally got our room key. We wanted to swim but pool closes at 8.

I didn’t like that they kept insisting that I keep a room that had door issues. The fob didn’t work three times before they changed the room. I couldn’t get refunded even though I stayed less than 6 hours in a 3 night stay!

I have never waited in so many lines... the check in process was long and tedious, especially when you are in a hurry and carrying multiple bags... Then, the valet process--- not only did we wait approx. 20 minutes every time we arrived and exited, we were not greeted and the pick up lobby was 100 degrees....

Our stay was great! I wish there had been a microwave in room. Upon arrival, the light switch in bathroom was not clean as it had something brown on it, otherwise room was very clean. Would definitely stay again if ever back in Atlanta.
