Great trip! Easy in and out of parking garage that is attached to hotel. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking range. Staff was courteous and attentive. Will be back again!

Everything was excellent except…..,,Pool and fitness center were closed. Upgrades looked like a ways off. I would be shocked if ready by Memorial Day weekend. The “2nd floor” area of bar, outside rooftop (with fire places and fire pits) and Starbucks shop were awesome. Located within a 5 or 6 block walk to many restaurants, bars and shopping.

They were doing construction so it was right belows us, but we were out for most of the time so it was not that bad. Other guest had dogs, and they left the alone for hrs and they just barked all night. Not the hotel's fault, but it was annoying.

The hotel was very modern and clean. The staff was lovely. I was happy to reserve a room there because it was so dog friendly. I was a little put off by the fact that there was no Hotel space to take my dog outside. I guess that was my assumption because it was a dog friendly hotel that there would be an area that the hotel had for the dogs. We had to go to a church that was next door and around the block not very convenient.

The property was nice but not suitable for pet owners. Also very confusing using the elevators. We weren’t the only ones having problems with finding our rooms.

This was the worst experience in my life. I wanted to play my guitar and got run off from every place I wanted to play. The last place was the bar where I had a lot of fans who loved me playing and took up for me and said they wanted me to stay and play they kicked all of us of of bar area. They ended up calling police on me and making me leave the hotel. They refused to give me my belongings that are left in hotel room. This was the worst trip I have ever had. Every other hotel has always let us play music as long as we wasn’t disturbing anyone both places we were only ones in there. Later when guest came they loved it. I will never waste my money at this place again and I am also going to try to further this complaint.

I loved this hotel. Great location downtown in the brewery district, which we were looking for. Walkable to do much. Trendy, comfortable, great shower and a decent hairdryer not the usu cheap ones that take forever to dry your hair. Awesome staff. Bar and restaurant onsite. Great food at the restaurant, made to order breakfast… surcharge… but could not have gone anywhere else for same price. The cost was $20 for 2 but value was for $30. Lotion disp and soap, shampoo, cond dispeners in shower… only thing I’d suggest is add soap disp for sink instead of the goopy bar soap. Ice machines have pre bagged ice for coolers, nice little perk. Def stay here again… liked the brand so well just booked Aloft hotel for next stay 😊

Excellent location. Everyone wa very friendly. Room was small, reminded me of European hotels, but clean and very functional. Beds, pillows were great. Walking distance to most things in downtown Asheville.

Cracked window, poor service, not accessible rooms
I was double billed for parking (for both rooms) despite only having one vehicle. When I called, they said that it was their policy to bill per room. The window in our room was cracked and several bathroom tiles were broken. The bathroom door was almost impossible to move. One of our party was staying in the handicapped room and the door to the room was not handicapped accessible. When I brought it to the hotel's attention, they told me they were within ADA compliance. Except that I work in ADA compliance, and they were absolutely not within those standards.

We loved how easy it was to get to everything from the hotel. The pool deck had such great sunset views. We enjoyed watching the sunset around the fire pit. Staff were super friendly and the room was spacious and clean.
