Le point fort et indispensable: la navette entre l'aéroport et l'hôtel qui compense une situation et un evironnement de l'hôtel peu pratique. Je déplore la pratique de prix exhorbitants pour le petit déjeuner qui, j'en suis quasiment certain (sauf clients en déplacement d'affaires) pénalisent l'hôtel, en particulier les week-end. Nous ne sommes pas des gros mangeurs la matin et nous préférons nous abstenir que de payer 52Frs pour deux. Certains hôtels propsent à leurs clients de prendre un thé ou un café au bar avec une viennoiserie à des prix raisonnables, ce qui ne semble pas être le cas au N.H.. Dommage!

Best choice for connecting to Geneva airport
This is a high-standard hotel with a peaceful and cosy environment in which to wait for a flight through Geneva. Breakfast is excellent, and rooms are well equipped, offering a quiet resting place. The shuttle is an excellent service.

The room is very clean and large enough. The beds are comfortable. The only thing is that we smelled strong smoke in our room when the AC and fan are on.

When I arrived to Geneva, I stayed at Nash suites and on the way back I stayed at NH. For the same price NH was not offering room's espresso coffee and a complimentary water(the room needs to be upgraded for that) and the earliest airport shuttle is at 5:50 am (Nash offers at 4:30 am ). My flight was at 7 am , so I had to pay $38.00 for a taxi. Everything else is fine.

Imperfect but great value.
Great value with free airport shuttle. Staff was overwhelmed and busy but friendly. Bathroom door didn’t stay closed, bathroom countertop needed deep cleaning or recaulking. Opened the window as rooms were too warm but smokers are regulars below. Breakfast was about $100 for 4 of us and a good value for Geneva. Still, a great value overall. We would return!

DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU SMOKE. TERRIBLE SERVICE
The hotel is not accommodative of people who smoke. I am a smoker, and if you smell like smoke AT ALL, they will claim that you smoked in the room with no proof, and they will charge you fraudulent charges that are not authorized. Terrible location to stay if they will steal from you.

Okay I had being negative but this place was a hole in the ground. The entrance door was broken, we had bars on our windows. There is a lot of sketchy people in this neighbourhood and you can't walk around. There is nothing to see or do. It is far away from anything and not even that close to the airport. The pictures make it look better than it is. Would not recommend nor would I stay here again.
